Episode 2 Summary 🎮

Welcome to a new Pokémon Unbound episode everyone!

In this one we travelled to a new city, explored a frozen cave, and battled against a ton of trainers and wild Pokémon. Let’s break it down!

Everything started back in Frozen Heights! Prof. Log asked me to go to Dresco Town so I could meet one of his colleagues and talk about the incident with Team Shadow from last episode. Prof. thinks they’re plotting something big, and his Dresco contact might help us uncover what it is!

To get to Dresco, I had to cross the almighty Icicle Cave, a frozen cave full of trainers, wild Pokémon, and home of the Sandslash thief! You see, a Sandslash was stealing food from a guy’s house, and he asked me to teach it a lesson.

After a bunch of exploring, I found Sandslash’s lair and realised the truth. It wasn’t stealing food for itself, but for its babies! Of course, I didn’t harm it, and neither did the guy who asked me to. He understood Sandslash’s good intentions and they even became friends in the end!

Anyway, I made it out of Icicle Cave in one piece, and a few minutes later I was in Dresco City! Unfortunately, Prof. Log’s colleague wasn’t at his lab. His assistant told me to go take on the Gym until he comes back. That’s right! Our first Gym battle is happening soon! Can’t wait!

Saved the game at Dresco Pokémon Center, and after just two episodes of Unbound I can safely say this game is going to be DOPE!
