Good evening, Steemit! I’m not leaving @caffetto until I get this post made. It’s been a full day. Appointments with @guthrie, errands and allowing him to visit a friend during the morning/afternoon. @caffetto after, MTG with @tarotbyfergus […I got to try out a new BRAWL deck I’ve been meaning to play], a quick visit with @vermillionfox, @lovejoy and @mada, and trying to stay productive in the few hours by myself at the end of the night.

I have new work to share but it’s from an old shoot. Earlier this Spring, I met a lovely pinup named Susan. We discussed shooting together a few months prior and when the day finally came, we met at the gorgeous estate in Pasadena where many of my LA based shoots take place. She’d mentioned that she’d only shot once or twice, and was understandably nervous. I explained to her how easy my shoots are since I don’t use lighting equipment.

One thing I absolutely loved was Susan’s wardrobe. She brought such a range of outfits and I was excited to try each one in a different space of the mansion. We started with a kitschy floral dress and hat, shot outside under the sun around the garden. From there, an emerald green gown near the ominous lighting of the windows, and finally, a lingerie and pearls look in the study. She took wonderful direction and we captured a variety of moods.

These are the last few photos with Susan and it’s always a relief to return the last images I owe clients. I’m hoping I have the opportunity to work with her again in the future. Her pleasant demeanor really left an impression on me. For the rest of the night, I’m going to try and finish up some comic book ideas. Tomorrow is going to be another busy day, but should be a great time with friends and family. Thanks for following me and supporting my work!
