Hello everyone, I'm sharing today's activity report with more than 6k steps. As you know, I've been supporting my mom since she's been having health problems. Being active has helped me support her, and even though it's a bit tiring, I do it gladly. I did part of today's activity with her and then at work.

Hola a todos, les comparto el reporte de actividad del día de hoy con más de 6k pasos, como saben he estado apoyando a mi mamá ya que ha tenido problemas de salud, el estar activa me ha ayudado a apoyarla aún que es un poco pesado lo hago con mucho gusto, parte de la actividad del día de hoy la hice con ella y posteriormente en el trabajo.
