Hello everyone, I would like to share yesterday's activity report for September 17th. I took more than 15,000 steps. I was active from very early on, dancing with the Zumba group I attend. then I did some housework, and at night I was working at the hospital, this time in the operating room. Hola a todos les comparto el reporte de actividad del día de ayer 17 de septiembre con más de 15k pasos desde muy temprano estuve activa bailando con el grupo de zumba al que asisto, posteriormente realice actividades del hogar y por la noche estuve trabajando en el hospital, en esta ocasión en el área de quirófano de toco cirugía, puedo decir que me moví todo el día, hasta aquí les dejo mi reporte, saludos.
