Title Card Animation ๐Ÿ‘€

Hi everyone! :> I had just recently finished this title card animation I did for class and I am pretty happy with it and I wanted to share it! Last time we had to make our logo and I thought I could use that one for the title card! :> Honestly, I would've preferred a simpler intro animation but my prof insisted on having 15 seconds so ๐Ÿ’€

As much as I enjoyed 3D, I wanted to put focus on the art that sparked my interest in the first place! Plus, I had a bunch of 2D art I made over the years :> Soooo, I thought the Marvel intro animation was the best way to do it ^^ At first, I just put a greenscreen thing on the logo and edited it post-render but it looked too... flat...

And so! I decided to put the flashing 2D stuff as actual texture on the logo and then just used greenscreen the first few seconds :> With that I got the flat 2D stuff at first then transition to being a texture in the logo.

My prof pointed out that the gray background seemed dull so I also added an image world texture! I used one of the backgrounds that I made which I used for some of my paintings :> I think it's safe to say I recycled this one background a couple of times already >u< I made this a long time ago and I still like it so much โ™ฅ Will use for other future pieces >u<

I still needed a couple more seconds in so I thought I could also showcase my 3D skills! But for the last part to make sense you should know that I have this very cute siamese cat named Wacky so how could I not put my kitty cat in my intro animation >u< I had this model made for another class we had last year where we had to make a character with a sidekick. I think I'll post it in the future! It's like an entire thing and I feel like I wouldn't do it justice if I just inserted it in a different post. The rigging and animation is REAL rough but I have very little intention of getting better at it because it simply does not spark joy for me ;w;

That's about it!
