Hace unos días le di a probar a Elías uno de mis pasteles favoritos, el pastel de Zanahoria 🥕 Casualmente, en mi familia decidimos hacerle un detalle por su cumpleaños, y le comenté que le haríamos una torta y me dijo: “pero que tenga ese glaseado” 😅 Así que me hizo la cosa más fácil, pues no tenía que decorar ni hacer merengue.
Así que un día antes de su cumpleaños me puse manos a la obra para hacerle su pastel, justo él llegó cuando yo estaba preparándola y no perdí la oportunidad de decirle que me tomara fotos para una publicación 😌 Comencé preparando la tortera, mise en place listo y ahora sí.
Es uno de mis pasteles favoritos por no decir el único… es muy rico con todas las especias que lleva, además lleva nueces que dan el toque crocante en medio de la suavidad del pastel. Con el glaseado de chesse cream y la decoración no pude tomar fotografías porque estaba contra reloj, pero acá les muestro el l resultado, lástima que no pueden probarlo, es divino 🥕🥜🌰

It is one of my favorite cakes if not to say the only one... it is very rich with all the spices it has, it also has nuts that give the crunchy touch in the middle of the softness of the cake. With the chesse cream icing and the decoration I couldn't take pictures because it was against the clock, but here I show you the result, too bad you can't try it, it's divine 🥕🥜🌰
