Hola, hivers. Como siempre es un placer saludarlos. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un mini cuento que se me ocurrió hace unos días a raíz de una visita que hice a cierto lugar.
Ella y él eran inseparables. Durante más de cinco años, nunca habían estado lejos la una del otro. Fue un amor a primera vista, al menos por parte de ella que no concebía tenerlo a más de dos metros de distancia. Pero aquel día, él no pudo pasar al lugar por cuestiones de seguridad. Ella, triste, lo dejó bajo la custodia de un guardia, era como si le hubiesen arrancado un pedazo del cuerpo.
Hubo momentos en que le faltó el aire, sintió fatiga y hasta taquicardia. Fueron las tres horas más largas de su vida. Al salir del centro penitenciario, cuando finalmente lo volvió a ver, fue feliz. Lo tomó en sus manos con cariño y le preguntó:
-¿Me extrañaste?
Él no dijo nada, pero ella, sin importar su frialdad, le besó con pasión la pequeña pantalla de cristal.

Idolatry
She and he were inseparable. For more than five years, they had never been far from each other. It was love at first sight, at least on her part—she couldn't bear having him more than two meters away. But that day, he couldn't enter the place due to security reasons. Saddened, she left him in the care of a guard; it felt as if a piece of her had been torn away.
There were moments when she struggled to breathe, felt fatigued, and even experienced tachycardia. Those were the three longest hours of her life. When she left the prison and finally saw him again, she was overjoyed. She lovingly took him in her hands and asked:
-Did you miss me?
He said nothing, but despite his coldness, she passionately kissed his small glass screen.
