Of course they are all chemical free vegetables that I grow to eat for my family. My chemical free vegetable growing sometimes fails because of snails and worms eating the vegetables. But my family and I have enough vegetables to eat. In this post too, my wife picked variety of vegetables from the home garden to make a simple soup with mixed vegetables. This soup can be eaten by both children and adults. And people who like spicy food or people who don't eat spicy food. This time, there are 6 kinds of vegetables from the garden for this clear soup. For this time mixed vegetable soup, my wife added pork rinds.
How to cook soup easily, Chop all the vegetables first.
Put the pot on the stove and add water in the pot, then add shrimp paste and pork flavour seasoning cube, stir all ingredients together with water. Boil until the water boils.
When the water boils, gradually add all the vegetables to the pot.
Boil until all the vegetables in the pot are cooked, then season with seasoning sauce.
Cut pork rinds and put them in a pot or bowl. It's finished, for children or people who don't like spicy food.
But if you like spicy food, add chili powder in the pot or bowl.
