Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Every day besides taking care of granddaughter and my autistic son, If I didn't go anywhere, I will gardening and grow vegetables in my home garden. Gardening and grow vegetables is my favorite hobby, When I'm at home. Makes we have a lot vegetables. And different kinds vegetables to eat with my family. Sometimes we eat at restaurants. So we don't cook. Now some of kinds vegetables it's too much for we to finish. So I harvested some of the vegetables that we didn't finish eating and keep them in the refrigerator almost every day. Such as green brinjal, small tomatoes, chili, winged bean, yardlong bean and other. These vegetables when we are at home and not going anywhere, my wife will use them as ingredients for simple dishes such as papaya salad, stir-fried pork with holy basil or eat them fresh with chili paste in other day.
Although I didn't plant any new vegetables this week, I did have some seedlings of several vegetables that I planted late last month. Them are growing now and in about 1 - 2 weeks I will be moving them from pots and baskets into the soil. And these are some of the vegetables I just planted late last month.
Every time I walk around my home garden and see the vegetables I have planted, I am always happy with them. And happy of harvesting them to eat with the family too.
