Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. We finished all the work on our farm last week. So this week my wife and I have free time. Of course it's our relaxing week too. Yesterday we go to town to relax and buy groceries with ingredients at Lotus to stock up for this week. So today we didn't go anywhere after sending our son and granddaughter to school. We want to relax at home by watching movies and listening to music. And I spent about an hour killing time taking care of my home garden too. And today my wife and I also picked some vegetables and fruit from the home garden for my wife to cook the simple meals for today. What vegetables and fruit did we pick from the home garden for cooking today? Let's go.

There are also spring onions and culantro. These are some vegetables and fruit we picked from our home garden for today's cooking.
My wife cooked lunch today : The first dish is stir-fried spicy purple eggplant and green brinjal with pork. For this dish, my wife used purple eggplant, green brinjal, bird's eye chilli and basil from the home garden.
The second dish was fried chicken and the last dish was clear soup with papaya and chicken. For the clear soup with papaya and chicken, my wife uses papaya, culantro and green onions from the home garden.

My wife cooked spicy papaya salad for dinner today. She prepared the ingredients for spicy papaya salad at noon. And cook it at 5:00 PM. She used papaya, winged beans and bird's eye chillis from the home garden for this spicy papaya salad.
Clear soup with papaya and chicken for lunch. And it was our dinner too.
For dinner we ate them with sticky rice. My wife cooked sticky rice. She used pandan leaves and butterfly pea from the home garden for cooking sticky rice this time too.
