Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. A few days ago I picked a banana blossom from my home garden to use as ingredients for cooking. But my wife didn't have time to cook it. Today is Saturday and we are not going anywhere. My wife then cooks food using banana blossom. And I want to share a dish my wife cook with a banana blossom today. This dish is a soup with banana blossom and pork rinds. The main ingredient in this soup is shrimp paste. Before cooking, my wife also picks 2-3 kinds of vegetables from the home garden to cook this dish. Including small tomatoes, wildbetal leafbush and climbing wattle.

How to cook soup with banana blossom and pork rinds : First peel and slice the banana blossom, Then wash the banana blossom.
Put the pot on the stove, then add water in the pot. Add shrimp paste, onion and garlic in the pot. Season the soup with pork flavour seasoning powder. Stir and boil water until it boils.
When the water boils, add the banana blossoms in the pot and boil until the banana blossoms are cooked.
Then add the climbing wattle in the pot.
And add the small tomatoes in the pot.
Boil until the vegetables in the pot are cooked. Then add the wildbetal leafbush in the pot. Boil for a while.
Then add the pork rinds in the pot. Stir and boil for a while. Turn off the heat.
It's finished, soup with banana blossom and pork rinds. Enjoy 😋 Our simple lunch today was cooked by my wife using vegetables from the home garden.
