Walk, see the atmosphere, pick vegetables in the longan orchard and lunch my wife cooked.

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. This morning my wife and I spent our free time at the longan orchard. After we do our daily routine every Monday to Friday morning, that is sending our son and granddaughter to school. And went home immediately. In our free week, today we plan another relaxing day at home. After a simple breakfast, we walked to the longan orchard. My wife wants to harvest some vegetables to use as ingredients for our lunch too. And I planted it several years ago in the longan orchard. This type of vegetable is a ceylon spinach. Since Saturday when we finished pruning the longans. We didn't go to this longan orchard which was about 600 meters from our home. The morning atmosphere at the longan orchard is very good. Even though it's been hot since morning. And the sky is clear. So we walked around the longan orchard.

In the longan orchard now, besides longans there are also many types of vegetables. Take a look atmosphere and some vegetables in the longan orchard.

Although there are many types of vegetables in the longan garden, But there were only 2 types of vegetables that my wife had picked to use as ingredients for today's cooking lunch. The vegetables my wife picked from the longan orchard were ceylon spinach and bird's eye chilli. Ceylon spinachs and bird's eye chillis are found in many areas of this longan orchard.

After walking around and picking vegetables in the longan orchard, we go home. And walk around our home garden too. In our home garden there are two papayas that are almost ripe. So I picked them from the tree. We think that in about 2 days these papayas should be ripe and ready to eat fresh.

Besides the papayas in our home garden, there are also many banana trees bearing fruit now. And some of the banana trees are almost ripe. So we harvested the bananas a few days ago too. And now the bananas I picked a few days ago are ripe, my wife's mother is peeling them to make dried bananas.

Finally our lunch today, my wife cooked a northern Thai soup with ceylon spinach and fermented pork sausage. This time she added ivy gourd in the clear soup. It's ivy gourd from the home garden that I picked yesterday. And this soup is eaten with bird's eye chillis as a side dish.

I shared this Northern Thai soup recipe in my old post. So there is no recipe for this post. And this is the northern Thai soup with ceylon spinach and fermented pork sausage my wife cook for our lunch today.
