It's been going viral online on different social media platforms about how effective avocado seeds are in terms of muscle cramps. Out of curiosity, I decided to make one to prove it's effectivity because my father work at the farm and almost every week my mother has to buy liniment oil at the store. According to some experts it helps reduce muscle cramps and swelling.
This is actually the Avocado which I made for an ice cream. Normally we don't throw Avocado seeds, we planted it on a seed bag, then when it grew taller it will be transferred to a bigger land portion or can be sold for others who are interested in planting fruit trees or for tree planting activities of some organizations.
This is the avocado peels and seeds mix together after making an avocado ice cream. I threw the avocado skin on the compost pit. We have a very big compost pit at home. One for the biodegradable and the one for non biodegradable. Sometimes when the compost pit for biodegradable will be full we directly put it into the banana trees.
First thing to do is to remove the seeds skin. There are seeds with hard skin and some are thinner.
Then I just slide everything on the grater. Mom's grater has large, larger and largest holes. There are smaller ones too. I prefer it to the larger ones but I realized I had a very small container so I have to stick with the small holes.
Then my daughter helped me putting the grater seeds to a container. This container is also a recycled one. This is a drinking water bottle. I often bought this when I went outside and forgot to bring a tumbler and I don't throw it anywhere but I bring it at home and this one has so many uses just like today, it became a container for my product.
Then I just put alcohol to the container at a right amount. My mother suggested I have to put my fathers favorite liniment oil which is the efficascent oil but I would like to test if it's effective so it's just purely alcohol and the grated avocado seeds.
Then after 1-2 hours of submerging into the alcohol, it's ready to use. I use it first to my calves. I don't feel anything or something that feels like an oil so maybe it will take effect after 12-24 hours of soaking so I'll just try it tomorrow. My father is also excited to try. First impression for this product is I think it will make your skin having stain. I'm not sure but during I applied it on my skin, my skin turns red and I washed it then it's fine but I think if this will last long to skin it will cause stains. About effectivity, I can't tell yet but a lot of people in my village said this is very effective. I'm hoping too because if this is successful then mom could save a lot from buying liniment oils. That's all for today hivers, thank you so much for reading my blog. Let me know if you knew something about this and help me improve if I had missed something especially the ingredients.
