So, last Saturday we had our hangout as usual, and it was just so much fun that we did not want it to end. We are currently on the first topic for this week, which is “BANNED FOR LIFE”.
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last topic, which was “UNREALISTIC STANDARDS”.
This topic was geared toward each member of the community sharing their thoughts with us on the standards that were placed on members of society, and how just about almost everything we could do and how we could do them was dictated by the whims of society.
We got to see that many times, society has a point. But when you live your life constantly fighting to get validated by society, it will never work out positively in the long run. There will always be periods where it’ll be better to simply do our own thing, regardless of what society says or demands. That will be important for our growth. It was an enlightening topic, indeed.
