Hello Everyone!
As I was browsing through my gallery, I came across this photo that instantly brought back wonderful memories. Taken way back in 2014, this picture captures one of the majestic waterfalls in Sagada, Mountain Province, Philippines—a destination well-loved for its natural wonders and cultural heritage.
Sagada is known for many things: caves, rice terraces, hanging coffins, and breathtaking landscapes. But among these, the waterfalls stand out as one of the most refreshing sights. I still remember the long hike it took to reach this spot. The trail was not easy—going down and climbing back up was tiring—but every step was worth it. Along the way, we passed by rice terraces carved into the mountains, a testament to the ingenuity and hard work of the locals. The scenery alone was enough to keep us going.
Looking back, this photo doesn’t just remind me of Sagada’s beauty but also of the journey it took to get there—the effort, the sweat, and the reward of experiencing nature at its finest. How I wish I could go back one day. Surely, after all these years, there must already be a lot of new changes, but I know the beauty of Sagada and its waterfalls will always remain timeless.
