Happy Weekend Everyone!
Earlier this morning, we joined the 10KM Megayon Run, and it turned out to be such a memorable and funny experience. As soon as we arrived at the venue, we were surprised to see that almost everyone had already started running! We honestly thought that the starting time was 4:45 AM, but it was actually 4:30 AM. It was a bit embarrassing, but at the same time, we couldn’t stop laughing about it.
Before officially starting our run, we still managed to take a quick group picture at the starting line—a little tradition we like to keep whenever we join events like this. It may not have been the ideal start, but it gave us something fun to remember.
During the run, there were stations along the way with free refreshments like water and Gatorade. But one of the funniest parts was when my nephew noticed some coconuts. I’m not even sure if those coconuts were actually part of the event, but he boldly asked for one anyway—haha! That moment really lightened up the atmosphere and made the run even more memorable.
Even though we began late, we gave our best throughout the run and enjoyed every kilometer of the route. The energy of the crowd, the sight of other runners pushing themselves, and the overall excitement of the event kept us motivated. What made it even more rewarding was the fact that, despite our late start, we were not the last ones to arrive at the finish line.
