Hello Everyone!
After finishing a workout on the treadmill, I grabbed some water and sat down to rest for a while. As I was catching my breath, something simple yet striking caught my eye: the shadow of a chair beside me.
At first glance, it was just an ordinary stool. But the way the light fell across it made the shadow vivid and full of character. The circle of the seat and the legs stretched across the floor, forming a sharp, almost artistic silhouette. In that quiet moment, the shadow seemed more alive than the chair itself.
Shadows are something we often overlook in our daily lives. They follow us, shape-shift with the light, and exist only because of the spaces we take up. They remind us that beauty doesn’t always come from the object itself, but from the way it interacts with its surroundings.
This chair and its shadow made me pause. It reminded me that sometimes, after effort and movement, there’s value in stillness—when even the simplest things can appear profound.
