Coffee Jelly Recipe.

Hello, a different post. How weird? I love change! I really need to try more recipes along the way, so be prepared for my cooking recipes.

I've been a vivid fan of Saiki Kusuo, and when I stumbled upon countless recipes of coffee jelly... I just knew I had to try it. A few days ago, I found some clear jelly base. Perfect for these, I decided to finally make them.

Ingredients

12g of flavorless jelly powder/agar powder

two tablespoons of instant coffee/two cups of brewed coffee

hot water

cold water

Process (5min)

First, in a cup, serve cold water (¾), then place 12g of your jelly(or agar powder, I used jelly powder) and let it "activate" (I don't know what that is)

Then, prepare two cups of hot water and two tablespoons of coffee to each one, correspondigly(or just two cups of brewed coffee). Insert your "activated" jelly and stir until it melts into the hot coffee.

*It's okay if your "activated" jelly looks solid, it should just melt into the hot water

At this point, I reccomend you whip out a big container to continue this mix. Preferably not plastic. Mix your two cups of coffee + that jelly mix you added earlier, and add a quarter of a cup of cold water to speed up the cooling process.

After that, just wait until it solidifies in the refrigerator. You can accompany this with some whipped cream and condensed milk for some extra sweetness :-)

By the way, this is a scuffed summary of my own recipe that worked for me. I cooled this in small servings, so wait time could be a bit longer. It took me 2-3 hours to solidify half a cup worth of content.

Hope you try this simple yet refreshing recipe~ See you!!!
