Weak writing day because I’ve just been still a little out of it, but I feel a lot better. I also had work today, so while that does decrease my overall writing output it means that I’ve gotten out of the house and made a little money besides.
I’m enjoying the job. It’s not a ton of work and it could probably be more challenging, but it’s something that gives me an opportunity to unplug and be deliberate about what I’m doing, and I’m still in the early learning phase of it.
I’m still working on the Midjourney stuff for Ludus Ex Machina. That will take a while, but it holds some promise as far as being a useful tool for the competition.
I’m not sure how it’ll be released, though. I’m thinking I’ll probably put it out as a separate itch.io file, but also maybe in the Loreshaper Games discord server. The one thing that makes me a little curious is whether or not it will actually fit on Discord, because I no longer have a subscription to it and I’m limited to an eight megabyte upload. Since there are more images than I’d normally use, I’m not sure it will work, though since it’s not meant for print consumption it might be able to get away with low enough resolutions to work.
My plan is to start really heavily getting into work on Jovia, finish up some Oasis Roads tweaks, and return to editing Carrion Birds tomorrow, which will probably limit my ability to finish it tomorrow but I also have Wednesday before the start of the jam and it’s not like it’s a mission critical component (though it probably will help).
Very tired. Going to bed. Life is good, God is good.
