There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish." – Michelle Obama
Hi Good day, everyone. Due to our hectic academic schedule, which includes deadlines, unfinished business, and other obligations, I haven't posted anything in eight months, but I'm here with a new blog and today I would like to share with you about our school's celebration of National Women's Month. Celebrating Women's Month is crucial as it acknowledges women's contributions, promotes gender equality, and inspires action to address ongoing challenges and ensure a more inclusive world.

The Cebu Technological University Naga Extension Campus also celebrated national women's month with a theme " Babae sa lahat ng sektor, aangat ang bukas sa bagong pilipinas " but before the event started me and my besties decided to take some pictures only for keeps. We have this show called fashion show and representatives from different courses and sections assigned role that they need to portray, so in our section we have 3 representatives, we have Izza Wasawas as a CEO, Angelyn Obaob as Executive and Caryl Cañas as an Entrepreneur
Representatives💚
The representation of executives, CEOs, and entrepreneurs by my classmates represents a step in the right direction toward female equality in business and leadership. Their presence in these roles encourages variety in decision-making and questions established conventions. They contribute to the success of businesses and sectors by bringing new ideas, inventiveness, and resilience as future leaders. But they might also have to deal with issues like societal expectations, financing restrictions, and gender bias. With the help of leadership programs, mentorship, and education aimed at empowering them, many women nevertheless achieve success in spite of these challenges.
💚💚💚
In addition to inspiring other young women, their increasing clout in the business and entrepreneurial spheres boosts economies and communities. Women students open the door to a more progressive and inclusive future in leadership by accepting these roles.
Babae ka, hindi babae lang🤍
The line "Babae ka, hindi babae lang" highlights the strength, worth, and potential of women beyond conventional preconceptions, and I couldn't take my eyes off the TV screen during the event. It dispels the idea that being a woman is a restriction and emphasizes that women are strong, accomplished, and capable of making important contributions in a variety of disciplines. By reminding them that their identity is determined by their potential, intelligence, and perseverance rather than by limitations, this phrase empowers women to accept their value.
In a society where gender biases persist. It is not necessary for women to remain in the background; they can be leaders, innovators, and agents of change. Women are continuing to break down boundaries and demonstrate that they are more than what society sometimes expects of them, whether in the fields of politics, business, education, or any other industry. Women may flourish and serve as role models for future generations when this reality is acknowledged, which promotes a culture of respect, inclusiveness, and opportunity.
Women Empowerment
Giving women the autonomy, chances, and means to realize their full potential in all facets of life is the goal of women's empowerment. It entails making certain that women have equal rights, leadership positions, educational opportunities, and the capacity to make choices that impact their communities and daily lives. With their varied viewpoints, inventiveness, and advancement, empowered women support social and economic advancement. Women improve not just themselves but also their families and communities when they are given the opportunity to lead and achieve.
True empowerment, however, necessitates removing obstacles like gender discrimination, prejudices, and unequal access to resources; it goes beyond merely offering possibilities. In order to foster an atmosphere where women feel secure, appreciated, and empowered to follow their aspirations, society must keep challenging outmoded conventions. Encouraging women's empowerment entails promoting gender equality, honoring women's accomplishments, and making sure they have the same opportunities and rights as men. The entire world gains when women are empowered.
This is all for now, see you on my next blog thank you for reading and I hope you learned something.
