Hi guys, after so many sunny days burning flesh, today it is clear that the rain signals that spring has passed and gives way to the warm glow of summer. In summer, it is the purchase of the great phoenix petals, the season of pupil's age. Time flies so fast, it doesn't wait for anyone, it doesn't give anyone a chance to wait for it. The first rain was sprinkled in my ears, and the longer the light wind from the sea blew through my hair, the cooler I felt, the more treasured I felt this youth. Today the rain is sad, I sit thinking about my trips, when I have no family, when the most active and enthusiastic youth, me and my friends have accompanied each other on every road, I will tell the spring story to everyone today.
The place, the one I share today, is in the Tranquility and Peace Department. The Northwest is famous for its forests and mountains and there are also many national heroes born here. I am a nature lover, I love the fresh, green freshness of green sprouts and buds endowed by the universe. Every grain of dew condensed on the leaves also made me vibrate, the morning droplets were clear and sparkling, as pure as the age of my springy lipstick. I loved my life so much, I wanted to live and devote my youth to my first experiences. My childhood was tied to the field. Afternoons where the buffalo feeders play with their friends who forget to come home all the time. So every pasture I see everywhere is my hometown. When I was a kid, the pages of books that looked like high-horned mountains below the base of the mountain were stilt houses, and I wished to see one time, I loved books like that. And now, as I grow up, I'm going to try to fulfill my childhood dream. I remember going to be in Hoa Binh province with white rock hills.
Our Vietnamese homeland is a lot of beautiful things, everything in my eyes is beautiful, from people, wide rice fields to the end of the horizon. The mountains are joined together, and the grapes are stacked together because they are mighty and wonderfully peaceful. I feel that being born in this world is a great fortune for me. Born in peacetime, modernized and the country is increasingly innovative. Going a long way, it was time for me to stop thinking about eating and drinking. The product is here, so to speak, blue rice. In order to cook blue rice, the first thing must be bamboo pasta, fresh rice, the body must not be too old. After being selected, the bamboo body is washed and divided into each burner to make each tube. The next step is to choose rice, rice must be sticky, delicious rice. It can be said that this is a very important stitch because blue rice is good or not, which determines the type of rice chosen. To make the rice delicious, fragrant, you must use rice to finish harvesting, clean, dry, the rice seeds must be the pure moon and deaf seeds. After that, we thoroughly wrap the rice and soak it in water for about 4 hours to 5 hours, remove it to dry the water, after preparing, we put the rice in the prepared tube, when the rice is put in, it should not be too much up to the mouth, because when we brown the rice will expand, it will fall out, the water we put in the rice is flooded. Next, we prepare, banana leavesor, dong leaves to seal the mouth of the crab to avoid being poured out and put on the grill. When we bake, we must remember to turn the jellyfish tube often, because if we put the rice inside the tube, it will be cooked unevenly. When we hear the aroma from the tube and see that there is boiler steam in the tube, the rice is ripe,bring out the food to be eaten. When the rice is ripe, we take it to chop the shells outside and leave a thin layer of linoleum, until we eat, we peel the linoleum with our hands. Blue rice is eaten with grilled chicken, chicken broth or just salt and sesame is already delicious. After thinking about lunch, we continued our journey.
Those in their lives who do not go on tours have lost their youth in the spring, have fun and connect with their friends everywhere, discover the culture and cuisine of all parts of Vietnam with many experiences, lessons and admire the majestic beauty of nature.
