Venezuelan Green Lentil Soup with Red Beef Bones (ENG) (ESP)

One of the things that I love the most is the green lentil stew. This time I am going to prepare it with fresh red beef bones. Usually we prepare these bones with vegetables, but I decided to use these green lentils to enrich them and as one way of eaten more proteins. We make of any bean stew be a dignified presentation of our culinary art. We add rice or pasta, vegetables, any kind of meat, sausages. Cook all together for about 10 minutes only to preserve the vegetables intact. En esta ocasión lo voy a preparar con huesos rojos frescos de ternera. Normalmente preparamos estos huesos con verduras, pero he decidido utilizar estas lentejas verdes para enriquecerlas y como una forma de comer más proteínas. Hacemos potajes de cualquier tipo de granos y que sean de una digna presentación de nuestro arte culinario. Le añadimos arroz o pasta, verduras, cualquier tipo de carne y chorizos de diversos tipos. Cocer todo junto durante unos 10 minutos sólo para conservar las verduras intactas.
