“The Poem I Wrote Because of You”

"If I know what love is, it is because of you."— Hermann Hesse Hello Hivers!! Good day for everyone. I'm back, your lovely @laizelly. Sorry if now lang; it's so very busy in my work lang kasi ;).  A poem is a piece of writing that we can also read on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, but also we can create our own poem that can express our ideas and emotions. Sometimes if I feel bored in my day or life at work, I create a poem in my own words to express my feelings, like sadness, happiness, and being in love. And now I want to share with you my simple, heartfelt poem that will make you fall in love. I created it now because someone gave me the inspiration to create this. It is a Tagalog poem because I know and I can feel the emotions of the creator if I read it. I like reading poems, but now I can read sometimes because of my busy days. This poem I create now because I'm super bored in my day. Even though I'm at work, I can't help but write as if I want to go to school again heheh.    btw, this is what happened earlier before I wrote the poem, there weren't many customers and I was too lazy to use my cellphone so I take some photos of myself then back it in my pocket. Then my brain worked so I immediately took a ballpen from my bag and tore off a piece of cardboard hehe naghihirap ako now so cardboard nlng muna HAHA. While sitting and thinking, someone entered my mind and gave me a reason to write a simple poem. I can say that this has happened not only in poetry but also in reality. The title of my poem is "I Don't Know, But You." It is my simple, heartfelt poem about the sudden feeling of love that catches you unprepared. It shows how one smile can change everything—bringing joy, confusion, and a warmth you can’t explain if you can feel it. It’s about that moment when you don’t understand what’s happening, but deep down, you know it’s love. Let's start!! "I Don’t Know, But You" When I first saw you, I didn’t know how to begin. My heart was caught off guard, By your smile so beautiful and thin. I wish to see you every day, So my sadness fades away. May you hear this overflowing joy, Each time I catch your gaze, my heart’s in play. I already know your name, And little things that make you, you. My feelings—hard to explain, What should I really do? My mind is lost in confusion, Is it wrong, this emotion I feel? A love that knows its destination— Only you can make it real.  Love is not just an words it all about your actions and patience to the person you love. I unexpected in love for someone that I know we can struggle to our situation now but I believe that no matter how far you are from each other, the love of a person will remain the same and true, that's why it lasts. Distance is not a barrier to making someone feel how much you love them. I wrote a poem for this person who I never thought I would suddenly like at the wrong time and place HHAHA. So if you love someone, it should be pure, without any nonsense. You can express your ideas and emotions through words and make this poem for your loved one. Not only for your loved one, but it can also be for parents, siblings and friends.
