'It takes a lot of time to get experience, and once you have it, you ought to go on using it. —Benjamin Minge Duggar'.
Good morning and good day, hivers! It's me again, @Laizelly05, and now I want to share with you my best experience during my 13 days of work immersion at eRAC APPLIANCES SERVICE CENTER but we transfered to Technocare Trade and Technical Solutions Inc.

Remember, we really have to go through difficult trials before we learn things. Every mistake comes with a lesson for us. And now we will start to learn and awaken to reality and not just imagination. If others think it's easy, of course not. Nothing is gained easily; all of this must be worked hard for before you can achieve it. Today we will start figuring out the things we need to do. Do you know that my weakness is facing many people because I'm afraid of making mistakes? But now I need to face my fears and learn other lessons.

December 2 was our work immersion day, which is why we prepared our important papers. Sir Patrick brought us where we work immersion. When we arrived, Ma'am Carmel welcomed and greeted us, and we greeted her too.

When we were inside the store, we were given chairs, and Ma'am Carmel started the orientation for us. She discusses different rules in their company. The rules are very strict; we need to follow them correctly, such as not being late for our assigned time and not being allowed to use our phones all the time, and most importantly, we need to entertain the customers who come in.

After our orientation, we started cleaning and figuring out the things we still need to do. There are also interns in our immersion, Kuya Ryan, Kuya Niño, and Ate BebeJane. They are kind and also help us understand what they are doing. It's like they're guiding us, you know, hehe.

There are new deliveries of rubber insulation; they first counted it for me to ensure that their deliveries are correct.

After I finished counting it, I started writing it down on paper so I wouldn't forget it in case Ma'am Carmel asks.

Kuya Ryan taught me how to use the computer to record materials. I know how to use a computer, but only a little. I still need to improve my skills in using it, so I make sure to remember everything Kuya Ryan teaches me.

Unexpected day Sir Joseph C Tangcay, The CEO of eRAC and Technocare, he visit to technocare store to meet us. He give an inspirational and motivational message.

And we were also taught how to assemble a broken air conditioner. At first, I thought only men could do that, but I was wrong. It's not dependent on gender; it's dependent on ability. If they can do it, women can do it too. I'm afraid of getting electrocuted, HAHA, but I still tried it. I learned a lot, and the things I used to not care about, I now want to learn. Yes, it's hard at the beginning, but as they say, "Kapag may tiyaga, may nilaga."

And also, Ma'am Carmel taught us how to compute transactions for them. It's easy to understand if you want to, hehe. Of course, like I said before, I want to learn new things. Ma'am Carmel said she would go through each of us to see if we learned anything from her teaching. Huhu, I felt so nervous then. I kept overthinking: What if I make a mistake? What if it's not enough? Because my classmates were also very nervous, they mentioned my name, so I was the first one. When I was in front of Ma'am Carmel, my heart was racing from the intense nervousness, but Ma'am Carmel said not to be nervous about the things she discussed with us. She said to discuss them back with her, and she would see if we had learned or remembered anything from what she taught us. I know everything, and I remember it all, but the nervousness just wouldn't go away, huhuhu. When ma'am and I started, even though I was still nervous, I continued to discuss each step of the solution with her, huhuhu. As time passed, the nervousness I felt gradually faded until I finished. Out of all of us, I was the only one who was called to answer, and I got the correct grade. I can't believe I did that.
You can't say it's hard if you don't try, right? You just need to learn first before you can improve further. Like me, of course, we will first go through trials before we can achieve everything. When I was doing my work immersion, I was short on finances, and my mom was also struggling because my sister was in college. So, during that time, when someone wanted me to write and do something for them, I just accepted it because they said they would pay me. I accepted it even though I had a lot to do and my schedule was already full; I still accepted it so I could support myself at that time and not have to ask my mom for money. It was really hard after your work immersion; you'd come home, do household chores, and then write. I stayed up for several days until it was done.
Life is indeed hard. If you don't take action, you won't gain anything in life. This work immersion is where you'll first experience how tough it is, but you'll learn valuable lessons. Here, you will sharpen your skills and confront the weaknesses you fear. You need to learn even though you know it's difficult.
