_Step 1: Add and ample amount of oil to the heated pan. _
_Step 2: Add the pig brain when the oil is already heated. _
_Step 3: Press the pig brain and spread it to the pan. _
_Step 4: Spread and mix it to the pan while it's boiling.
_Step 5: Add an amount of soy sauce that's suits to your taste preference while mixing it. _
_Step 6: If the pig brain is kinda sticky, you may add some knorr soup. _
_Step 7: Voilaaa! This is the final dip bubbles. You start dipping your hanging rice already or if you want, you can wait till it has more bubbles. _
_In my case, I like it more when it is acutely bubbling or boiling. _
_Pro tip: Dip the other half of the hanging rice and try to get as many as this when dipping to really experience how good it tastes. _
_Meet Dada, Karl's little sister. She loves to eat dip in bubbles too. _
Tuslob buwa is also know as dip in bubbles in english, originated from barangays of Pasil and Suba, Cebu City in 1980s. This is a famous street food made out of pig's brain, soy sauce and some oil. The process of mixing the ingredients and cooking in the pan generates bubbles. Loy's Tuslob Buwa is our all time favorite mini restaurant. They started in 1996 and Karl's dad always eat here when he was still a teenager. If you see this post, this is your sign to try and eat dip in bubbles. I bet you will enjoy it!
