Soy súper fan de esta serie, tanto que hace poco casualmente la volví a ver completa y también la versión Live action y al ver el tema del concurso de inmediato pensé en hacer algo inspirándome en Aang, y claro que tuviera que ver con el crochet y también pensé en mesclar el arte del crochet con otro material que no fuese hilos. Y así fue como idee hacer un ***llavero inspirado en el elemento aire*** para hacer mi entrada al concurso.

I'm a huge fan of this series, so much so that I recently watched it again in full and also the Live action version and when I saw the theme of the contest I immediately thought of doing something inspired by Aang, and of course that had to do with crochet and I also thought of mixing the art of crochet with another material that was not yarn. And that's how I came up with the idea of making a ***air element inspired keychain*** to make my entry to the contest.

Next I will tell you about the materials I used to make this beautiful keychain and about the weaving process. ## **✨ MATERIALS ✨**. ✨ Orange cotton yarn. ✨ Crochet hook #000. ✨ Wool needle. ✨ Scissors. ✨ Stitch marker. ✨ Silicone gun. ✨ 1 silicone stick. ✨ Nail polish. ✨ Keychain ring. ✨ Iridescent frosting.

## **✨ PROCESO DE CREACION ✨** Lo primero que hice fue dibujar en una hoja el símbolo del elemento aire para tenerlo listo al momento de transferirlo a la pieza que haría con el silicón para pegarla al llavero tejido a crochet. Para realizar la pieza de silicón me apoye usando un envase de mentol y una tapa plástica que es bastante fuerte como para resistir el calor del silicón y para poder hacer presión sobre ella sin que se deforme. El proceso fue muy sencillo, simplemente aplique suficiente silicón caliente sobre el envase de mentol asta cubrir toda la superficie de la tapa y luego la presioné sobre la pieza plástica transparente; la deje enfriar y seguidamente la desmolde.
## **✨ CREATION PROCESS ✨** The first thing I did was to draw on a sheet of paper the symbol of the air element to have it ready to transfer it to the piece I would make with silicone to attach it to the crocheted keychain. To make the silicone piece I used a menthol container and a plastic lid that is strong enough to resist the heat of the silicone and to be able to put pressure on it without deforming it. The process was very simple, I simply applied enough hot silicone on the menthol container to cover the entire surface of the lid and then I pressed it on the transparent plastic piece; I let it cool and then I unmolded it.

Lo siguiente que hice fue aplicar brillo de uñas sobre la parte mas liza de la pieza de silicón y seguidamente agregue suficiente escarcha tornasol para cubrir bien la superficie, lo deje secar y luego aplique otra capa de barniz para luego poder dibujar la forma del símbolo del elemento aire a la pieza con ayuda de un marcador de tinta indeleble.

Lo siguiente fue tejer la base para el llavero, lo que fue bastante sencillo y rápido, a pesar de uno tener un patrón para el llavero, tenia bastante clara la idea de como quería que se viera y siento que todo fue fluyendo como si ya lo hubiera hecho antes a pesar de no haber sido así. Y el patrón que realice fue el siguiente: **V1:** iniciar con un Am con 6Pb. (6) **V2:** 6 aumentos. (12) **V3:** (1Pb, Aum) x6 . (18) **V4:** (2Pb, Aum) x6 . (24) **V5:** (3Pb, Aum) x6 . (30) **V6:** (4Pb, Aum) x6 . (36) **V7:** 1cad, dar vuelta al tejido y tejer en el lado reves , tomando solo la hebra delantera 36Pb, cerrar la vuelta haciendo un cierre invisible con ayuda de la aguja lanera y cortar la hebra. **V8:** iniciar en cualquier punto haciendo (1cad, 1Pb, 1mpa, 1Pb) todo en el mismo punto, en el siguiente punto tejer 1Pd, y en el siguiente punto tejer (1Pb, 1mpa, 1Pb) y seguir repitiendo esta ultima secuencia hasta el final de la vuelta, cortar la hebra, ocultarla y asegurarla bien.

Ahora procedí a armar el llavero, y a colocar algunos adornos o detalles para hacerlo mas vistoso y hermoso, realice una pequeña borla con el mismo hilo que tejí el llavero, y también coloque unas lindas cuentas que eran de una pulsera para representar los colores de todos los elementos: 🔴 Rojo para el elemento Fuego 🔥. 💚 Verde para el elemento Tierra 🌱. 🔷 Azul para el elemento Agua 💧 y 🔶 Naranja para el elemento Aire 💨 Ya que así están representados los elementos en la serie.

Para finalizar peque la pieza de silicón al llavero tejido y le aplique otra capa de barniz para proteger el dibujo y listo, así quedo terminado este hermoso llavero Inspirado en el Elemento Aire y en Avatar.
