Hola, muy buenas a todos, queridos amigos de SWC y maravillosos internautas de HIVE es un gusto para mà darles la bienvenida a mi nueva publicación del dÃa de hoy.

Donde espero que sea de su gusto y de su agrado mi entrenamiento con un enfoque constante y disciplinado y un objetivo muy claro y es darlo todo en todos mis entrenamientos buscar mi mejor versión y Nivel en este bello deporte que amó y conjunto a ello darme a conocer y dejar una huella en la calistenia, Dicho esto, comencemos.

En este dÃa tan lleno de motivación e inspiración conjunto al equipo 0GRAVITY y nosotros, el clan AsT ejecutamos lo que es para mà un muy entreno.
#
En medio de charlas y diálogos, dimos a conocer nuestras metas y logros y también planes que se tienen con el equipo y muchas más cosas que queremos alcanzar.
#
El equipo 0GRAVITY está en su amplitud, lleno de atletas maravillosos y muy completos, con un sentido de pertenencia y disciplina digno de admirar.
#
Ya ahora somos parte de este magnÃfico equipo. Nuestro municipio Michelena está liderado por el clan AsT, pero pertenecemos también al equipo oficial del Estado Táchira.
#
Que es el tan nombrado anteriormente 0GRAVITY que, en competencias y futuros eventos, nos daremos a conocer y seguir mostrando nuestro nivel y capacidad.
#
Este dÃa fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora para mÃ, un entrenamiento espectacular, lanzando movimientos nuevos y con más fluidez.
#
Primeramente, debo dar las gracias a @henrrysworkout y a @mclionblack-sw por llevar un liderazgo magistral y responsable que sin lugar a dudas incentivaron este bello deporte.
#
Y están logrando dar a conocer el Street workout y la Calistenia en el estado y en el paÃs, mi más grande respeto y admiración a estos dos grandes atletas.
#
Hasta aquà la publicación de hoy y no se preocupen aficionados y lectores que habrá más publicaciones como está donde explicaré y daré de mi tiempo para que entiendan todos estos métodos consejos tips e ideas que les brindará una mano amiga y conocimiento en sus entrenamientos y rutinas gracias por su atención y por el apoyo nos vemos en la próxima.

I hope you enjoy my training with a constant and disciplined approach and a very clear goal: to give it my all in all my workouts, to seek my best version and level in this beautiful sport that I love, and at the same time, to make myself known and leave a mark on calisthenics. That being said, let's begin.

On this day so full of motivation and inspiration, together with the 0GRAVITY team and us, the AsT clan, we executed what is, for me, a very intense workout.
#
Amidst conversations and discussions, we shared our goals and achievements, as well as plans we have with the team, and many more things we want to achieve.
#
The 0GRAVITY team is vast, full of wonderful and well-rounded athletes, with a sense of belonging and discipline worthy of admiration.
#
We are now part of this magnificent team. Our municipality of Michelena is led by the AsT clan, but we also belong to the official team of the state of Táchira.
#
Which is the aforementioned 0GRAVITY, where we will showcase our level and ability in competitions and future events.
#
This day was a very enriching experience for me, a spectacular workout, introducing new and more fluid movements.

First, I must thank @henrrysworkout and @mclionblack-sw for their masterful and responsible leadership that undoubtedly encouraged this beautiful sport.

And they are making Street Workout and Calisthenics known throughout the state and the country. My greatest respect and admiration for these two great athletes.
