Tropical themed organizer. (ENG/ ESP)

A big hello to all my creative friends at Hive. It's a great pleasure to reconnect with you through this beloved community of DIY Hub artisans. With my first entry in the October DIY Tropical Vibes contest, I'm sharing a beautiful decoration for a glass organizer. I thought it would be a great idea to decorate it with math of the month. This decoration was inspired by one of my trips to the beach, where I collected several seashells, with the idea of ​​using them for something cute and creative, like today's practical idea. Previously, I used this glass container to place anything and everything inside, without much importance. I hadn't dared to decorate it; I saw it as fine as it was; However, after thinking about what to do to enter it in this contest, and using some household item that needed it, I came up with the idea of ​​decorating this glass. It seemed like a great idea to give it a decorative touch, and what better way to do it than with a nautical motif, where I can use the colors of the sea and land, to place it on my bedroom table, or better yet, to place it in the bathroom, and give a DIY tropical touch to a household accessory. This idea inspired me so much that I immediately put my hands to it. We invite you to see my work; I hope you like it. Esta decoración se inspiró en uno de mis viajes a la playa, donde recogí varias conchas marinas con la idea de usarlas para algo lindo y creativo, como la idea práctica de hoy. > Anteriormente, usaba este recipiente de vidrio para guardar cualquier cosa dentro, sin mucha importancia. No me había atrevido a decorarlo; me parecía tan bonito como era; sin embargo, después de pensar en cómo participar en este concurso, y usar algún objeto del hogar que lo requería, se me ocurrió la idea de decorar este recipiente. Me pareció una gran idea darle un toque decorativo, y qué mejor manera de hacerlo que con un motivo, donde puedo usar los colores del mar y la tierra, para colocarlo en la mesa de mi dormitorio, o mejor aún, en el baño, y darle un toque tropical DIY a un accesorio del hogar. Esta idea me inspiró tanto que me puse manos a la obra de inmediato. The materials are entirely recycled, and this is incredibly beautiful, achieved with all the resources we use to create profitable ideas that convey harmony and beauty with our environment. To start, I used scissors to cut a 3cm wide jute sack ribbon around the edge of the glass. I also used the fringe part of the bag and cut a 2cm light blue felt ribbon. The next step was to place these ribbons decoratively on the glass organizer. Using the hot glue gun, I made silicone lines around the edge of the glass, gluing each ribbon horizontally, one after another, without spaces, and continuing. > Para empezar utilice la tijera para cortar una cinta de saco de yute de 3 cm de ancho por el contorno del vaso, también aproveche la parte del saco que estaba en flequillo, además de cortar también, una cinta de fieltro azul celeste de 2 cm. > Lo siguiente fue colocar estas cintas de forma decorativa, sobre el vaso organizador, así que con el uso de la pistola de silicona caliente fui haciendo líneas de silicona por el contorno del vaso, y así fui pegando cada cinta en forma horizontal, seguidas sin espacios y continúe.

To embellish the part of the jute sack fringe, from the top of the glass, I took part of the multicolored thread, where the green color is the one that stands out the most, I twisted it in my fingers, then I held it in half and cut it with scissors, to make some leaves or branches, which I glued with hot silicone dots on the jute fringes, I loved how it looked, I was already liking it like this but I still had some things to add to give greater harmony to the theme. > Para embellecer la parte del flequillo de saco de yute, de la parte superior del vaso, tome parte del hilo multicolor, donde el color verde es el que más resalta, le di vueltas en mis dedos, luego lo sostuve a la mitad y corte con la tijera, para hacer como unas hojas o ramas, que pegue con puntos de silicona caliente sobre los flequillos de yute, esto me encanto como se veía, ya así me estaba gustando pero todavía tenía algunas cosas que colocarle para darle mayor armonía a la temática.

Next, I cut a ribbon of apple green felt, which I love the color of, to match the dry colors. Then, I cut fringes from this ribbon and rubbed it in my hands to give it a little more softness, since the felt comes with a certain roughness, but it softens upon contact. So, what followed was applying hot glue and gluing it. Then, what followed was the most exciting part for me: gluing the seashells. They gave it almost all the missing touch. > Enseguida corte una cinta de un verde manzana de fieltro que me encanta su color, para combinar con los colores secos, después a esta cinta le corte flequillos frote en mis manos para darle un poco más de suavidad, ya que el fieltro viene con cierta aspereza, pero que al contacto se vuelve suave, así que lo que siguió fue colocar silicona caliente y pegar. > Después lo que siguió fue la parte más emocionante que para mí, que era pegar las conchas marinas, las mismas le dieron casi todo ese toque que le faltaba.

But it doesn't end there, I put the pearls on for me, they shine well at all, as well as, with a hot silicon point that leaves the pearls in the open spaces where they are placed in the marinas. The last one is to put a small part on the upper edge and includes the organizer and also the party with the lastest details and with the lastest details, it ends with a decorative vase for the organizer on every part of the house, including for use with flowers to ambient all the house. > Pero esto no termina aquí, faltaban las perlas que para mí, lucen bien en todo,asi que, con un punto de silicona caliente fui pegando perlas al azar por los espacios libres de donde estaban las conchas marinas. > Lo último fue colocar un poco de escarcha por el borde superior y mitad del organizador también coloque algunas lentejuelas y con estos últimos detalles, termine mi decorativo vaso organizador para colocarlo en cualquier parte de la casa, incluso para usarlo con flores para ambientar toda la casa.

For now, I liked this organizer for storing my brushes that I used with my hairdryer, which I didn't have anywhere else to store, and I love how they look here.
