In challenging times I hold on to my "Beautiful Sunshine" song. Come, fellow pilgrim, drink from it and let no one turn off your own Inner Sunshine.
When the natural Sunshine that you radiate into the world grows in intensity (as you become more and more awake and healed) you become the catalyst for the hidden darkness to be revealed all around you. But have no fear of the shadows coming out - shine your inner light onto it, call it by its name in full emotional neutrality and transmute it with understanding.
In the light of awareness, it´s opposite suddenly becomes very obvious, although it did not emerge just now. It was always there, pestering since the very first wound was cut. Darkness is a wounded light, and it can be healed only by pouring light back into it again. We can´t fight the darkness of the “wrong kind” with the darkness of the “right kind”. Only with kindness and beauty - only with our Inner Beautiful Sunshine radiating all its healing power outwards.
The same applies to the whole society at large. When we see how our thoughts affect our personal reality - we can more clearly understand the huge individual responsibility that we bear in co-creating the collective reality as well. In a Tribe everyone is responsible for himself and also for the whole Tribe.
Many of us have had the "Grinch-bully" experiences in our lives, when our light and awesome is too much for those, who spend their lives comparing themselves to others, then others to another others and then to all sorts of imagined standards, to which no real human can perfectly measure up to.. A Sisyphean effort from the start. Seeing someone rising without effort, on the wings of the Beautiful Sunshine in their hearts, bruises those who keep carrying that colossal Sisyphean rock on their shoulders. And they will try to find million ways, consciously or unconsciously, to shovel their own hurt and agony on to your Beautiful Sunshine.
Your excessive glow and radiance is too irritating for some. And to the contrary of popular opinion, it's not their envy nor hate that does it - it's pain and it can be healed only with love. Beam your natural kindness. Rain all your beauty onto them until their hardened hearts melt in overwhelm of tenderness. Until they feel loved and embraced by the infinite Beautiful Sunshine again. Say: "Beautiful Sunshine, I love your "Sweet Hello" even if you're still hiding it!!"
And then there are moments of deep grief and devastation, your own or somebody else's. Sometimes it even seems easier to bear one's own pain than to witness someone you love falling apart in agony. This morning I read a beautiful post, written by someone who had just lost a dear family member. A stranger to me, but her words reached deep into me where some ashes from burning bridges were still glowing. Somehow such moments stir up in us unhealed wounds of our own losses. That´s what happened, .. I was reading and her words ripped all the "temporary masking tapes" off of my heart, and that love that she expressed in her written tribute, washed away the pain that was still left in me from my own recent losses.
This is another kind of Sunshine. That Sunshine that embraces us in the darkest hours, and whispers: "Wait, there is a purpose for this too, just wait, hang in, this too shall pass and then you will see.. Meanwhile I'll be here and witness all your tears, and rage and anger - until your Sunshine is washed clean again". It's not a fun sunshine, but it is profoundly healing. The Sunshine that connects us back to our humanness and sensitivity after spending a lot of our time as "digitally created virtual avatars in block-chain crypto-games".
I'm not denying the fact that we do live in a mentally created reality, each dreaming up our own life-movie, this phenomena is masterfully replicated in the virtual reality games. Nevertheless - disconnecting from feeling the emotional ebbs and flows, that this dream-like reality evokes, hardens our heart - and blocks the two-way floodgates of the Infinite Love and Sunshine that flows through all of us, nourishing our bodies and whispering guidance and wisdom via intuition.
Wise empathy towards one's own self and towards other(-selves) means acknowledging the intensity of the felt experience in the warm embracing pulsating presence of our Inner Sunshine.
The "Beautiful Sunshine" video was made 2 years ago, a month after my Mom crossed over to the invisible side of this life. Since childhood, or maybe even since lives before this one, I had a supernaturally intense connection with her, and her passing was a huge shock to my whole system. But I noticed, that in the moments when my mind calmed down, out of exhaustion or by me switching it off consciously, - I could feel her powerful loving presence again. And my whole body lit up as the sky just before the sunrise. The Beautiful Sunshine heals us from the inside out, we just have to quiet the mind when it runs berserk. The Healing is in our opened hearts.
The Beautiful Inner Sunshine transmutes the darkness energy back into un-manifest creative potential. We attract what we are. The more our shining heart influences our thoughts - the more beautiful thoughts the mind chooses - and from there, our beautiful visions get "printed" on the pages of our Life-story. Let's be the Wise & Beautiful Sunshine on this planet. You are very loved. And all is well.
