I drove the 2016 Ford Shelby GT350R on the Volcan Sprint route, a sharp uphill climb around La Gran Caldera. After adjusting difficulty levels and managing a few setbacks, I finished 1st in 03:41. Despite a few drifts gone wrong, the race was enjoyable, especially for the stunning roadside views and that mountain finish.
Today, it's about the 2016 Ford Shelby GT350R in Volcan Sprint.

**Volcan Sprint**

This route winds back and forth up the asphalt road on the side of La Gran Caldera, with one hairpin turn after another testing my control all the way up. It's a tough climb, no doubt, but once I reached the top, the view made it all worth it.

I bought this Ford for 75k CR and changed the difficulty of the game from Tourist to Average, as I believed I'd do good with this car. As a result, I started from 8th position, and the remaining racers were also gaining speed to get ahead of me.

At that moment, I just went ahead of the 8th racer who took my initial position. I guessed I'd do good.

But right after that turn, I lost control of my car while trying a normal drift. You can see how my car behaved there. I drove for a moment more after that, but I noticed my car didn't have good control in average difficulty.

I restarted the event with Novice difficulty, and this time I started 4th. I already got a feeling that I'd nail it this time.

I reached the 2nd spot at 2% and the 1st spot at 3% progress. And then I started leading all of them, driving on the hillside road, with big trees on both sides.

This road reminded me of the Marine Drive of Cox's Bazar for the clean road and roadside trees. I kept driving.

I kept driving till I messed up there at 52% progress. After a slight drift, I bumped up on that railing, and I just couldn't brake or control the car as I was at a good speed.

I used the reply feature and was careful at that spot. Then I tried a hard drift ahead, willingly.

I didn't lose control of my car entirely, but I had to slow down; otherwise, I'd mess up, and a racer took that chance to get ahead of me.

Getting ahead of me was okay, but she was not winning the race. I didn't use the reply feature there, but I was not letting that racer be also.

After bumping the car up, I went ahead and decided to enjoy the views from that height.

Speaking of views, you should see for yourself. They're good, ain't they?

I even tried to jump off the hill to enjoy a good view, right when I was about to reach the finish line.

I replied, went back on track, and I finished 1st in 03:41. It was a good race that I enjoyed, especially for the views.
