Taking the 2016 Jeep Trailcat into Horizon Baja Scramble felt like the right call. Between rough bumps, deep water, and jumps that could throw you off pace, the race tested my focus. With rewinds, smart drifts, and a final clean lap, I pushed through to claim first place.
Today, it's about the 2016 Jeep Trailcat in Horizon Baja Scramble.

**Horizon Baja Scramble**

With big jumps, rough bumps, and deep water crossings, this off-road circuit pushes any vehicle to the limit. It’s tough on both the car and driver, so I made sure to pack a few spare dust filters before taking it on, just like the track suggested.

I somehow knew the Jeep Trailcat was the perfect vehicle for this track, because this one never disappointed me in off-road races. I started 8th to see that the other racers were not bad as well.

There was this high jump that I got at only 14 seconds of the game, and it looked like my Jeep jumped a little higher than the others, though it's not wise, as the car can't get speed when it's in the air.

I started overtaking the other racers smoothly, but I messed it up when I was going to overtake the third racer. I tried a hard drift, where my Jeep took a U-Turn, so I had to try the rewind feature.

I didn't mess up again there; instead, I reached the second position, and I was in a rage to get to the first position anyhow, so I tried another hard drift and reached the first position.

I messed up again and had to try to rewind. This time I slowed down a bit, but I reached the first position and I finished the first lap being the first racer.

Who would stop me now? I went ahead with all the speed my vehicle could give me, and you should see the dust that my vehicle was sending towards the racers behind me.

I tried this jump for the second time, and this time I was the one leading the others, when I was in 8th the first time.

There was this water on the track that I could ignore easily, but I overthought and rode through there, which slowed my vehicle, and another racer took this opportunity to overtake me.

I finished the second lap in second position. I could just rewind and fix my mistake, but I didn't do it for this small time thingy.

I took back my position right before the jump, and I was leading the other racers again. I was not making any mistakes this time, as this was the last lap.

Reached the finish line and finished it first when I didn't see any other racers behind me for the moment, which I see as a special milestone.
