This is an official announcement from our parent account to list the date and other important announcements for the Steemit in Nigeria 3 event coming up in Akwa-Ibom state this year.
The date is still from the 6th of August 2019, till the 11th of August 2019. On the 6th is the arrival of guests for the event and there's no special event that night to allow those traveling by road from afar to rest amd prepare for the event proper commencing on the 7th of August.
We have modified the programme slightly and included a hackathon this year. Unlike last year, this one will be bigger and better and will carry more people along. We hope this helps strengthen the participation of pŕogrammers and tech geeks in the blockchain/cryptocurrency space in Nigeria.
Also, the new website is up and running, though we are constantly adding upgrades as we believe in perfection. Here is a sneak peek.
First of all, we have included a download link for the Steemit in Nigeria mobile app for android. We are working on the iOS version which is coming soon.
