Hello, how are you? It has been a while since we ate squid, I guess it's been like months, so I was looking inside the fridge for something to eat, and I saw squid, and I was like, 'Finally, I can taste squid again.' One thing I always cook is squid adobo style, which is perfect for it. I added a lot of chilies to it, and everyone can hear the sound of spiciness after they take their first bite. ----

  • 1/2 Kilo Squid
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 4 Garlic CLoves
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Ginger
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. All-in-one Seasoning
  • 11 Cups Water
  • 1 tbsp. White Vinegar

In a hot pan, I added 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. -----

Then I added the garlic, red onion, and ginger, and let it cook until the aromatics came out. -----

After that, I added tomatoes. -----

And then I cook it until the texture of the tomatoes turns mushy. -----

And then I added the squid. -----

I mix it until the tomatoes and squid are well combined. -----

Then I added a tablespoon of soy sauce. -----

Then I added 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder and ground pepper. The squid will get watery after that. -----

Then I added 1/2 teaspoon of all-in-one seasoning. -----

And I like adding more water to it, so I added about 1 cup of water. -----

And then to balance the taste, I added about a tablespoon of white vinegar. -----

Then I cook it for about 5 to 10 minutes at low heat. -----
