Hello, how are you? I've been busy with things, so I don't have the time to film what I cook LOL. Now that my cousin is home, it is not hard to know what food my mom is going to buy, he is craving food he cannot eat when he's still in the big city, so yeah.
So for today's blog, I am going to cook Ginisang Malunggay Pods. It is a miracle that our Malunggay Tree is still growing malunggay pods in this kind of rainy weather. I thought we were going to taste malunggay pods next year again.

Ingredients and Prepping:

- 3 Tomatoes
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- Red Onion
- Ginger
- Half Cup Meat
- 4 Green Chilis
- 1 tbsp. Bagoong (Fish Sauce)
- 1 Pork Broth Cube
- 1 1/2 cup of Water
- 1 Kilo Malunggay Pods
- 1/4 cup Kadyos (Pigeon Pea)
- 1/4 cup Patani (Lima Beans)
Let's Cook!

In a hot pan, I added 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
-----

After that, I added the meat and I cooked it until the texture of the meat turned brown. To prevent meat from burning, I cook it on medium heat.
----

After that, I will add the aromatics, such as garlic, red onion, and ginger. Cook it until the aroma comes out.
----

After that, I added the tomatoes in and I cooked them until the texture of the tomatoes was mushy.
----

Next, I am going to add 1 tablespoon of Bagoong (Fish Sauce). I let it sit for about 30 seconds just to seep into the tomatoes.
----

Then I added 1 pork broth cube.
-----

After that, I added about 1 1/2 cups of water. Let it boil.
-----

After the water boiled, I added the malunggay pods into the boiling water.
-----

After that, I added 4 green chilis, 1/4 cup Kadyos (Pigeon Pea), and 1/4 Patani(Lima Beans).
----

Let it cook with the lid closed for about 7-10 minutes.

Served and Plated!
