Today i will be sharing peanut candyrecipe , it's made with peanuts and granulated sugar.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of raw groundnut/ peanut
1/4 cup of Sugar
Blender
PROCEDURE:
Alway ensure the your hands are properly washed and every untensil you will be using are neat.
STEP 1:
Pick out stones and dirts from the raw groundnuts and then fry it in a pan.
STEP 2 :
Peel off the peanut and blend There was no electricity, so I had to pound it with a mortar and pestle.
STEP 3 :
Pour the granulated sugar in a pan and heat on medium heat until golden brown.
STEP 4 :
Pour in the blended peanuts and mix well. While still hot, mold it into the desired shape before it hardens.
Leave it for a few minutes, and it'll be ready to munch on.
