This past weekend, we had the joy of celebrating Natasha and JP’s baby shower, and it was nothing short of magical. Hosted at the beautiful Blanford Manor, the event was a heartfelt gathering of family and friends, all there to shower love and excitement over the parents-to-be. With a playful Monsters, Inc. theme, the venue was filled with bright colors, fuzzy creatures, and that unmistakable Disney-Pixar charm.
Natasha’s father, mother, grandmother, cousins, and close friends were all there, smiling ear to ear. Kiara and I had the pleasure of helping set up the sweets table, decorating it with chocolates, candies, and handmade touches. We also baked a batch of colorful cupcakes that perfectly matched the theme — vibrant swirls of blue, green, and purple, topped with little edible eyes that gave a nod to Mike and Sulley.
The food was light and delicious — classic finger food like crispy chicken wings, mini sandwiches, and flaky pastries kept everyone munching as they mingled and played baby shower games. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, excitement, and the soft buzz of everyone imagining the new little addition to the family.
