Hello everyone, I hope you have a perfect day. Honestly, I am extremely excited when I have an opportunity to write some things about my life on this wonderful platform. And the reason why I can approach PeakD, it's thanks to @dodovietnam, he introduced some interesting things about this website and guided me how to create an account and a few things that aren't allowed when posting so I would like to thank him so much for supporting me during this time.
First of all, I would like to introduce a little about myself, my Vietnamese name is Nhu, and you can call me by an English name - Hanna, and I don’t know why I got this name but it’s really a beautiful name to me. I’ve graduated from Duy Tan university, which is a prestigious university in Da Nang (which is located in the central of Vietnam), and now I got a job in an eCommerce company with a sales staff position. After 2 months of internship, I became a full-time employee, and now I can work more easily and get along with colleagues in the company.
My favorite hobby is traveling, so when I get a salary, I always save a pot of money to achieve my dream. Besides, I also want to bring beautiful natural pictures of Vietnam closer to foreign friends through this great site. Hope that you can support me by clicking the like button of my next articles so that I have encouragement to share more things, and I’m very happy about that.
LET FIND OUT SOME INTERESTING THINGS ABOUT MY LIFE
My hometown
I come from Quang Nam province, which is located in the center of Vietnam, and I am so proud to have been born and raised in the beautiful downtown. As you know, there are lots of famous landscapes in my hometown, and some places are recognized by UNESCO, they are called My Son Sanctuary and Hoi An Ancient Town, you can search for them on the internet, and I will definitely write about them in my next posts. If you have an opportunity to visit Vietnam, especially Quang Nam, you can come here to discover, I believe that you won't be disappointed. My childhood combined with the beautiful pictures like the rice field, the small ditch, the paper kites, and so on. And now, my town is more and more modern, the rice fields and ditches replaced by concrete roads, so now all the gorgeous memories just exist in my head. However, when I go to my grandparents’ hometown this time, I can see lots of ripe rice fields, and I can fly the kite with my brother. It really makes me turn back to my childhood again.
Love travelling
As you can see some pictures below, I am really a big fan of traveling. I want to go somewhere I haven't been before and then I will mark that location and some pictures that I take into my dream map. I usually watch videos about Travel Community and the beautiful places on YouTube, and I will note it in my plan and I am going to do it one day soon. Besides, I read lots of newspapers in Life & the Style section of Vietnam news website. It holds lots of information about culture and daily events of provinces in Vietnam, it is really interesting for me to read and grab new updates. And it not only helps me update facts everyday, but also it makes my English skills better such as reading and writing, and I really learned plenty of vocabulary.
Sometimes, I go along with my friends, we spend happy times together. Usually, we plan to camp, and we will find some places that can be camp overnight in Da Nang city. I have to work from 7.30a.m to 5p.m (from Monday to Saturday), and as you know, as a seller, I contact customers regularly to update their orders, if orders have problems in transit such as lost, delivery wrong address, or customers are not satisfied with item, it is so stressful for me to solve all of issues like contacting to carrier to check orders, helping them to calm down, so on. So camping at the weekend is one of the best ways to release stress.
My story
For me, when I was a student at university, I was just a girl who loved studying and I rarely communicated with friends or teachers first. I don’t know why, but I think I was shy at that time. However, when I got a job, I think that I have to be confident in order to grab many opportunities in my career, so I actively make friends first, I ask them for advice to solve the problems in my job, and sometimes, I share my funny stories with my colleagues.
And now, I think that I am more confident than before. I really want to chat and make friends with anyone I meet. I usually go to Vision English coffee, which is a famous coffee shop in Da Nang where people can come and talk English with foreigners from all around the world to talk with them and introduce some places in Vietnam to them. Besides practicing English, when talking to them, they tell me lots of things about their country or places that they traveled, it’s really interesting. And there are lots of young Vietnamese people who come here to practice their English speaking skill and they’re really smart and energetic, so they make me feel comfortable when talking with them. I have a goal to achieve Ielts 7.0 and I am trying to make myself better everyday.
