Greetings and blessings, my dear friends at @motherhood. It's a pleasure to visit you, and I hope you're having a happy weekend. As I write this, I'm watching my princesses swimming happily in the pool, celebrating the birthday of a little friend and neighbor from our building. However, while I watch them enjoy themselves and the heat is intense, I take the opportunity to write these lines that I had been meaning to write for a while, about my princess Arianna's sixth grade graduation. It was three weekends ago, specifically on July 26. This was a very special event because, as I have been telling you, I have been organizing this graduation along with her party, which I will share with you later, but today we will focus on her graduation ceremony, so to speak, since it was an informal event planned by the parents and guardians with the help of her teacher.
And yes, it is simply something symbolic, since the school where she studies does not have a graduation ceremony, but we were excited to see them in their new blue shirt uniforms, and since we also hired a photographer for their photo shoot and diplomas, we prepared this great moment to give them this memento of how they are moving on to a new stage in school. The truth is that I was afraid of breaking the rules by doing the graduation ceremony on our own, but we spent months organizing it and went ahead with it. They put on their uniforms, looking so cute, and we also had some caps made for them. My daughter looked beautiful, and her teacher helped out by being part of this special activity and presenting them with their lovely diplomas. To kick off the event, I was given the microphone to welcome everyone present. The first thing I did was thank them for giving me the opportunity to make this idea I had in mind a reality and to celebrate this event. I also thanked them for trusting me to make all the preparations.
We all came together and collaborated, but the responsibility was on my shoulders, and thank God everything went very well. All the children were happy and excited about this day we gave them. My princess Arianna said a few words that, to be honest, she had prepared the day before, so she read them. She drew on some very motivating ideas from the internet, which reflect the reality in each of her words, the feeling of being there achieving a goal, one of many, and everyone was excited and thanking God for being there, for not missing that special moment with their children. We went as a family, even my mom came with us. The only one missing was my princess @orismargc. I would have loved for her to be with us, she's not around here, but she's always present and in everything we do.
I'll give you a little preview of the place we chose for this celebration. Once the children had their graduation ceremony, they took off their uniforms and jumped into the water, but here are some photos of other children who couldn't wait. Some even jumped into the water while the graduation ceremony was still going on. What can you do? They're kids. They didn't want to waste another minute without being in the pool. I was satisfied, pleased, and grateful to live this experience as the mother of my princess @arianamc, of whom I am very proud. She graduated with excellent grades and is among the best, if not the best, in her class. I hope it will be the same next school year and all the years to come. I love you, my beautiful princess. Let's go for more. Thank you very much for visiting my blog. I hope you can watch the video. God bless you. **********
