### Bienvenidos amigos veganos nuevamente a mi blog. 🥘🍲 Hola mis queridos amigos creadores de ésta maravillosa comunidad reciban muchas bendiciones, hoy vengo con una receta deliciosa y diferente con muchos beneficios, el uso de éste grano es nuevo para mi, pero revisando sus especiales beneficios y con la recomendación de amigas amas de casa que la preparan, me decidí hoy hacer un rico plato con este ingredientes. Renovando mis recetas hoy hago un plato que lo llamo especial vegano estofado quinoa con brocolis y demás vegetales como ven voy a utilizar la famosa quinoa, mira que se pueden hacer muchos platillo saludable con éste grano acompañado de vegetales. I hope you like it  #### Al principio tenía duda si a la familia le gustaría este plato, pero los resultados fueron favorable queda deliciosa y con muchos nutriente que aporta la quinoa a la salud del cuerpo.🥘🍲 #### At first I had doubts if the family would like this dish, but the results were favorable, it is delicious and with many nutrients that quinoa provides to the body's health 🥘🍲.  #### Como ven aquí la tenemos ya cosida éste plato con quinoa son unos granitos súper chiquitos que al estar al contacto con el agua y el calor se expande y abre como unos círculos.🥘🍲 #### As you can see here we have already sewn this dish with quinoa are super tiny grains that when in contact with water and heat expands and opens like circles.🥘🍲  ### INGREDIENTES PARA SU PREPARACIÓN: ● 300 gr de quinoa. ● 2 zanahoria. ● 1 calabacin. ● 1 cebolla. ● 1/2 brocoli. ● 1/2 pimentón. ● 2 ramas de apio españa. ● 2 cucharada de aceite de oliva. ● 3 tazas de caldo de vegetales y especies. ● Sal al gusto. ● Cúrcuma al gusto. ● Romero al gusto. ### INGREDIENTS FOR ITS PREPARATION: ● 300 gr quinoa. ● 2 carrots. ● 1 zucchini. ● 1 onion. ● 1/2 broccoli. ● 1/2 bell pepper. ● 2 sticks celery spain. ● 2 tablespoons olive oil. ● 3 cups vegetable and spice broth. ● Salt to taste. ● Turmeric to taste. ● Rosemary to taste.  ### PREPARACIÓN DEL ESTOFADO DE QUINOA CON VEGETALES : #### EL PASO A PASO: ● Tomamos la cebolla calabacin y zanahoria la pelamos y la lavamos. ● La picamos en pequeños cuadritos cada vegetal. ● Aparte tenemos tres tazas de caldo de vegetales con especies. ● Colocamos una olla al fuego medio y añadimos el aceite. ● Luego añadimos el pimentón y el apio españa como ven ya lo tenemos cortados en la nevera. ● Lo revolvemos con la cebolla por 2 minutos afuego bajo. ### PREPARATION OF QUINOA STEW WITH VEGETABLES : #### THE STEP BY STEP: ● We take the onion zucchini and carrot peel it and wash it. ● We chop it into small squares each vegetable. ● Separately we have three cups of vegetable broth with spices. ● Place a pot over medium heat and add the oil. ● Then we add the paprika and celery as you can see we already have it cut in the fridge. ● Stir it with the onion for 2 minutes on low heat.   ● Aquí tenemos brocolis lo lavamos y cortamos en trozos medio bricoli. ● Añadimos el calabacin, zanahoria y brocolis a la olla con el aliño. ● Removemos a fuego bajo. ● Aquí tenemos la quinoa, la lavamos cinco veces con agua potable y escurrimos. ● Luego añadimos a el contenido de la olla con el estofado de vegetales la quinoa. ● Here we have broccoli we wash it and cut into pieces half bricoli. ● Add the zucchini, carrots and broccoli to the pot with the dressing. ● Stir over low heat. ● Here we have the quinoa, we wash it five times with drinking water and drain. ● Then add the quinoa to the contents of the pot with the vegetable stew.   ● Finalmente removemos la quinoa con los vegetales, añadimos el caldo de vegetales y especies. ● Agregamos el romero, la cúrcuma y sal al gusto, removemos y tapamos la olla a fuego bajo por 10 minutos. ● Finally stir the quinoa with the vegetables, add the vegetable stock and spices. ● Add the rosemary, turmeric and salt to taste, stir and cover the pot over low heat for 10 minutes.  ### Miren esta exquisitez el caldo la quinoa y los vegetales sofrito la combinación perfecta.🥘🍲 ### Look at this delicacy the broth the quinoa and the stir-fried vegetables the perfect combination.🍲🥘  ### Un especial vegano de quinoa brocolis y vegetales un sin fin de sabores y colores para tu paladar. 🥘🍲 ### A vegan special of quinoa broccoli and vegetables endless flavors and colors for your palate. 🥘🍲  ### Listo el especial estofado de quinoa brocolis y vegetales un plato sensacional y saludable. 🥘🍲 ### Ready the special quinoa broccoli and vegetable stew a sensational and healthy dish. 🥘🍲  Probar nuevos platos y recetas me encanta, siempre me llama la nuevo y lo diferente en la variedad ésta el sabor como dicen....la quinoa desde ahora la prepararé en otras recetas para seguir variando y compartiendo con la familia ricos platos.
