You'll notice that this website is inspired by Microstrategy's own website. It shows key statistics related to the LeoStrategy fund. Our new website is coming soon (not yet live). We are posting it now for feedback.

Transparency is key to a fund like LeoStrategy. Our wallets are all transparent and we're building this website to concisely and transparently show our real-time data.
LSTR Data
LSTR sold out in presale on August 4th of 2025. The presale was priced at ~$0.90 per LSTR and seeded our fund with the initial ~$90,000 used to start acquiring $LEO.
The LSTR:LEO pool was seeded with just $5k.
Since then, the price of LSTR has risen dramatically and the depth of the liquidity pool has more than 10x'd. LSTR presale buyers are up 136.2%+ since buying LSTR just 1 month ago.
Meanwhile, the LPS (Leo Per Share) of LSTR has continued to rise dramatically. Our LEO holdings are now ~2.2M LEO in the fund which means there are 22 LEO per 1 LSTR outstanding.
With LEO trading at $0.11, this means the fund's net asset value (NAV) = $2.42. This means LSTR is still trading at a discount relative to our holdings; despite LSTR holders being deeply profitable from the presale.
Most Strategy companies (like Microstrategy) trade at a premium to net asset value. The reason being that the valuation of a Strategy company should be the current holdings (NAV) + the expected velocity of accumulation.
For instance, if you expect LeoStrategy's LPS to grow at 195% per year (this is the actual current growth rate), then you must price in the current NAV ($2.42) + the expected growth rate of LSTR's LEO Per Share holdings.
If the LPS holdings will 2x by next year and everything else stays equal, then 1 LSTR will be worth $0.11 * 44 = $4.84.
We've noticed that the community is still wrapping their heads around these ideas. Our new website aims to fix that as you can see in these screenshots. It shows you the NAV and other key stats in real-time and in a way that is easily digestible.
SURGE Presale Is Getting Close to Selling Out
SURGE is currently trading at $0.789 in the presale. The presale is priced in HIVE at 4 HIVE / SURGE.
SURGE has a floor price of $1. In a liquidation event, SURGE lives at the top of the capital stack and holders will get paid first at a value of $1 per SURGE. This means that SURGE should always trade at $1 + the expected dividend value + the anticipated call option value.
SURGE should always trade north of $1 because it has: 1. Weekly dividends (15% stated yield, paid weekly as HBD, USDC or LSTR) 2. $1 floor price (liquidation preference means you can confidently hold SURGE knowing its worth no less than $1) 3. Call option to convert to LSTR at 50:1 (50 SURGE to 1 LSTR) (this call option gives SURGE unlimited future upside. Acting as a no expiration call option)
Effectively, SURGE pays you to wait for the LeoStrategy fund to succeed. It's a call option that pays you weekly yield until the call option is "in the money" and can be converted to LSTR tokens.
The presale has been selling out faster than expected. Over 25% of all SURGE in the presale is already sold out. We are actively working on our Base blockchain integration which will move the presale from Hive-Engine to Base and reprice SURGE at $0.90. Using Ladder pricing, SURGE will be sold at higher and higher prices (trending toward $1) until it is sold out.
We will be using Concentrated Liquidity Pools via Uniswap on Base for the rest of the presale.
Once SURGE is sold out, $50,000 will be used to seed the liquidity pools: 1. SURGE:LEO (on Hive-Engine) 2. SURGE:USDC (on Base) 3. SURGE: WSTETH (on Base)
These 3 pools have been chosen to create triangular arbitrage opportunities for the new LeoStrategy market maker. The LSTR Market Maker: what we call "LSTREX" is designed to harvest volatility by market making all LEO pairs, LSTR pairs and SURGE pairs.
Arbitrage is extremely profitable. The profits from this arbitrage are used to purchase LEO and add it to our balance sheet which is infinitely accretive to LSTR holders (infinitely accretive means that new LEOs are add to the LPS at a cost of acquisition of $0 per LEO because it is pure revenue utilized to purchase LEO).
10M LEO by the End of 2025
Our goal is to acquire 10M LEO by the end of this year. It's an ambitious target. We have about 2.2M LEO today and will need to accelerate everything about LeoStrategy if we want to achieve this goal. Keep your eyes out for a blog post about our roadmap for achieving this goal.
