Today's update will focus on #5: the Agentic Reporting for the LeoStrategy fund.

Currently, we have a handful of agentic features already live on INLEO:

1). lstr.voter | LSTR Holders Curate Threads
@lstr.voter -> an autonomous agent that now holds over 3.6M LEO POWER in delegations and can be called using Threads commands by anyone holding a minimum of 10 LSTR tokens in their wallet.
This agent can be called using various commands on Threads. Try the "!help" command on any Thread to see a list of commands.
2). surge.yield | SURGE Holders' Assistant
@surge.yield -> an autonomous agent that acts as a SURGE Manger/Assistant to any users holding SURGE or curious about the SURGE statistics.
3). lstr.alerts | Autonomous, Transparent LeoStrategy Purchases Reporting
@lstr.alerts -> an autonomous agent that reads all blockchains where LEO is listed (Arbitrum, Hive, Polygon, BSC) and reports on the real-time purchases of LEO by the LeoStrategy fund.
New LeoStrategy Agentic Feature on INLEO Threads! Balance Sheet Reporting
Our newest agentic feature is now LIVE! A few of you saw the first report 2 days ago. The 2nd report went out yesterday.
Our @lstr.alerts agent now reports on the LeoStrategy balance sheet every 24 hours. This report shows critical data about how much LEO was purchased by our fund in the 24 hour period. It also reports on the current total LEO held by the LeoStrategy fund.
Let's break down each piece of data:
- 💲 LEO purchased by @leostrategy the last 24 hrs = 26,552 LEO
The amount of LEO purchased by LeoStrategy in the last 24 hours. This can be verified in two ways: 1. Check the real-time threads (individual buys tracked by @lstr.alerts) and add them up 2. Check the onchain buys in our Hive Wallet / EVM Wallet address
Transparency is paramount and this new balance sheet reporting should build on this trust!

The current Market Cap to Net Asset Value ratio and premium (or discount) it is trading at. For example, if LSTR is trading at a 1.19 mNAV, it means that LSTR shares are trading at a 19% premium to the total net asset value of LEO on our balance sheet. This means that if LeoStrategy holds 2,323,701 LEO valued at $275,556 = $2.76 USD value on the balance sheet per LSTR outstanding but LSTR is trading at 19% more than $2.76 = $3.284 per LSTR.
Dive Deep into the LeoStrategy Fund
LeoStrategy is still in the very early stages of strategic scaling. The fund only holds 2.3M LEO. Our goal by the end of 2025 is to own no less than 10M LEO. 10M LEO = 33.33% (1/3rd) of the total LEO that exists since LEO has a fixed supply of 30M (and dwindling because of Bridge Burns).
As we continue to scale up, LEO will become more expensive. We are buying well over 25,000 LEO per day as can be seen in our daily reporting of LEO buys. We plan to accelerate this by at least 2x. The goal is to acquire 69,000 LEO per day which will take us to our 10M goal by the end of 2025. We believe this will cause the LEO Price to rise dramatically. The dramatic rise of LEO will lead to exponential balance sheet expansion for LeoStrategy.
This is a scenario we have gamed out. Obviously, the price of LEO cannot be anticipated. We expect it to rise but it is never obvious when it will rise or by how much. Our board has put together a handful of scenarios and we believe a scenario like this is highly likely.
This leads to the LeoStrategy fund being worth $20M by the end of 2025. This valuation with some where in the realm of 100,000 (current) - 200,000 (potential future) LSTR shares outstanding = a $100 - $200 valuation per LSTR.
This would put SURGE at a minimum conversion value of $2 -> $4. SURGE buyers today could anticipate a 150% -> 400% gain
