Hello there Friends, Happy Monday evening once again - and thank you for your visit!
This is post 60 in the #cycling community. This week something happened and caused me to change everything! I got a flat on the Green bike, and still have not ordered new tires and tubes for the Black one. So the situation was I had a flat back tire on each bike, not good - so, I did something I really do not like doing - "switching parts". I took the tires and a tube from the Green bike and switched it to the Black one. The Green bike had better tires and will get another set of the exact same ones for sure! The Kendas are the the way to go!
So in the end effect I did get some miles / kilometers on both bikes this week, and so this is how the week went,
The Black bike:
This Monday at 956.01 miles / 1538.54 kilometers
An increase of, 39.28 miles / 63.21 kilometers, Better than the week before!
And,
The Green bike:
This Monday at 204.51 miles / 329.12 kilometers
An increase of, 15.25 miles / 24.54 kilometers And it will be stuck right there for about a week till the tubes and tires come in! I am hoping not to get any "flats" in-between!
So this puts the weekly total for "both bikes" at, 54.53 miles / 87.75 kilometers (total) for the week overall.
And So, the total for 2025 is currently at, 1160.52 miles / 1867.67 kilometers so far this year!
So, I will probably pass the 1164 total miles for 2024 tomorrow! If not for any reason... It will be before next Monday for sure!
