Esta semana, la comunidad Hive Open Mic lleva una temática que nos reune en lo espiritual como lo es el Gospel, canto evangélico proveniente de nuestros hermanos afrodescendientes a quienes despojaron de sus familias, tierras, de su propia identidad y cuyo grito se convirtió en un canto de fe, esperanza y fortaleza ante tanto dolor consiguiendo refugio en la fe.
Me gustan estas canciones a razón que a diferencia de las iglesias católicas, transmiten mucha alegría y vida dentro de sus iglesias y actividades, tiene somilitud con el Blues que es de donde nace el rock y posteriormente el heavy metal como uno de sus descendientes.
Perpetua, es una composición que hice con armonías del blues gospel y es una forma de manifestar lo perpetua que es la palabra de Dios como motor transformador en nuestras vidas.
Es quién te encamina, es quien ayuda a conseguir paz después de tanta sosobra, es quien te hace llegar a la redención para iniciar una nueva vida y cuyas bases que edificas en cimientos fuertes como La Rocka, logras tener mayor solidez cuando aceptas a Jesucristo en tu vida.

This week, the Hive Open Mic community brings us together spiritually with Gospel music, evangelical songs from our African-descendant brothers and sisters who were stripped of their families, their lands, and their very identity, and whose cries became songs of faith, hope, and strength in the face of so much pain, finding refuge in faith.
I like these songs because, unlike Catholic churches, they convey a lot of joy and life within their churches and activities. They are similar to the Blues, which is where rock and later heavy metal originated as one of its descendants.
Perpetua is a composition I wrote using gospel blues harmonies, and it is a way of expressing how eternal God's word is as a transformative force in our lives.
It is what guides you, what helps you find peace after so much turmoil, what leads you to redemption to start a new life, and whose foundations you build on strong foundations like La Rocka, achieving greater solidity when you accept Jesus Christ into your life.
