As my toddler always grabs my drink, I decided to make smoothie instead so he could have a sip.

This past week, my toddler son Caleb is always trying to grab my food and have a taste. Yes, even my coffee.

So I would let him have a sip,, lol he only thought he had . Sometimes we need to outsmart these toddlers to prevent tantrums.

One afternoon, I wanted to buy cold soft drinks but knowing how my son would demand to have a taste too? Why not make a smoothie instead?

I had fruits here and it may look whole but not.

I already cut some portions when I prepared my son's meal. At times, it was challenging as there is no way he would eat the same food over and over again. These kids now while back in my days we would devour whatever is available.

  • Cucumber
  • Apple
  • Banana

Do you think it would taste good?

I was still peeling and slicing the fruits but I looked at him. Seemed like he could no longer wait. Not only that, he wanted to have a bite .

Almost ready!

I took our portable blender and was thinking of buying a small ice crusher maybe? As of now what I can make only is smoothies.

I also wanted fruit shakes but what I only had was cube ice. My son is growing and I don't want him to try unhealthy drinks yet.

Blending and look how excited he was. Sometimes these moments with him make my heart flutter. I am aware how lucky I was to be able to raise my child hand on. I was there to witness all his milestones and see him grow day by day.

It was tiring, yes, always but who am I to complain? Well I do sometimes .

After adding cube ices, the drink is now ready.

Did Caleb like it? You judge.

While filming this can't help but to laugh. See? He was even holding the cup to make sure I can't take it away from him. Not only that, he would pick corn, eat and have a drink! That's amazed me, you are indeed growing!

Now, I decided that instead of buying my drinks outside, frappe, milktea, fruit shakes  I would make at home instead.

Aside from saving energy my son could have a sip and we have these cute bonding moments. What do you think Ladies?
