For the past months, my life has evolved at work and in our dorm. No going out, not unless I had some important errands. One of the reasons also that I limit myself aside from not being tired was, dining outside. Most of the time, I couldn't control hunger and I ended up eating fast food or those that are not so healthy yet I suddenly craved after seeing it! I know pregnant ladies and those Mommies would understand me.
Just like sometime in the previous week. Drop by in the nearest mall for some reason. Then, I was so hungry that I dropped by the Food court. If you are in the mall, this is the place where you can dine at a cheaper price aside from restaurants.
In my mind I was thinking of having some soup, shabu-shabu to be exact.
I know there is a restaurant here with this specialty but was expensive that is why I decided to drop by here Panda Shabu-shabu.
The area was not that spacious and there were only a few choices of menu. At least they had dessert, hot and cold.
Fresh ingredients are displayed near the counter where you will be placing your order. Then on both sides was a long table where some of the customers could sit while devouring the bowl of soup.

Thus I found it crowded so I chose the table along with several customers.
Good as it seems, all in the food industry was adapting to the recent technology. No need to give a table number and wait to be called. Instead, wait until this vibrates to claim your order.
The waiting time was not that long but I was so hungry so I kept on whining to the husband through chats 🤣. The little human inside my belly was so impatient.
Finally! I hurriedly stand up and claim my order.
Hehe Rice if life! of course, Asian thing!
I poured all the seasonings and mixed it thoroughly with the soup. Chao! I started eating like I haven't had a meal for days! That was how hungry I was. Yet after finishing a bowl with one cup of rice I didn't feel the satisfaction. There is still a lot of space in my stomach 🤣 .
As I glanced on my left, did you see that? Nope not who but the stall of Dairy Queen. One of the ice cream brands that I love!
So I get my bag and walk straight to buy a cup!
There was an ongoing promo, buy one get one for Oreo flavor that explains the long ques of line. Yet what I am craving for was mango cheesecake.
One thing that I love about being pregnant is , I am always on the express lane. So after paying for my order, I was chillin while sitting, waiting for my order to be catered.
I was sitting there for minutes then I suddenly remembered; oh no, the eco bag I was holding earlier! It contains some documents and a few items I shopped . Hurriedly, I walked back to the table I occupied earlier but it was already empty. However the crew told me to check it at the lost and found area.
Thankfully, I got it back but it took a few minutes. So yeah, my ice-cream was a little bit melted.

Still it tastes good that I even wanted more, LOL!
And speaking of ice cream I badly want it now as it was so hot! The struggle if you are living in a tropical country. These past days feel like bathing in a sauna even at night! Yet I remembered I had a cup of avocado shake yesterday so perhaps next week. For now a cold glass of water will do!
