I like to play Hive-based games and I also like to share my progress, strategies and thoughts on most of the Hive-based games I play on a regular basis among which there is [dCrops](https://www.dcrops.com/?ref=libertycrypto27) which is the only farming game I have been playing for more than 3 years. On dCrops there are more game modes that you can play at the same time but I choose to play only the **Farm** mode which is the easiest mode to play and takes very little time to manage because my free time is limited and there are so many games I play.  There are seasons on dCrops and as of a little less than a day ago, spring ended and the summer season began, which will end in 14 days and 7 days.  Each season of dCrops begins for me with the **Claim of the rewards of seasonal quests**.  I have a quantity of seed-type NFTs that allows me to complete seasonal quests with relative ease even though I almost always have to use the reroll feature to have 7 out of 7 completeable quests in each season. A next goal of mine might be to use some of the seasonal rewards to purchase seed-type NFTs that I do not have in my NFT collection. This way I could limit the number of times I use the Reroll feature and save CROP tokens because each use of the Reroll feature costs 10 CROP tokens. For completing the 7 quests I received at the beginning of season 93, I received 16 chests.  In the next image you can see what I found inside the **16 Reward Chests** I received and opened today.  I found only 3 resource-type NFTs (1 Stone + 2 Copper One) whose estimated market value is 0.293 HIVE.   I had better luck in the previous season in which I found an amount of resource-type NFT worth 1.04 HIVE. In the 16 Reward Chests I also found: - 4 Boosters - 8 Craft items - 5 Gas As always I will put the resource type NFTs for sale because they are useful in the game modes I don't play in and if I can sell them I will buy seed type NFTs. This season I received 7 new seasonal quests. I was not lucky with the new seasonal quests because I received 5 quests that I cannot complete because: - I don't have Corn seeds - I don't have Cucumber seeds - I only have 2 Chamomille seeds - I don't have King weeds  King weed seeds and Corn seeds have very high purchase prices in the market, so I preferred to use the reroll feature to change the 5 quests that I cannot complete.  I had to use the Reroll feature 8 times and spent 80 CROP but now I have 7 out of 7 completed quests.  I continue to follow my event-oriented strategy so I only sell crops to complete sell-type quests and will sell crops I have in my inventory during the next dCrops event to earn more event points with the goal of buying packs of cards in the event shop. During each season I like to use the **View Last Season Leaderboard** feature to get useful information about the **number of active players** and **CROP/SHARE ratio** related to the previous season.  Knowing the CROP/SHARE ratio related to the previous season is useful information especially for new players because this way they can have an estimate of the value in CROP they can get by using a seed-type NFT. In the previous season, **season 93**, players earned **0.377 CROP per SHARE point** with a decrease in CROP gain compared to season 92 (CROP/SHARE = 0.424).   The gain in CROP per share point is something I consider important and like to monitor, which is why I share this information in each of my posts on dCrops. Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of the CROP/SHARE ratio of season 80 but I will try not to miss the data of future seasons.               Starting from season 78 I also began to keep track of the number of active players season after season. In **season 93** the **active players** were **229** = -9 active players compared to season 92.           The last game operation I perform during each early season is the planting of my seed-type NFTs. I have **101 seeds** that I can plant during the spring season and I have a total of **79 plots** in my lands. I also have **28 Mystery Seed** which are boosters that when planted become usable seeds only once because they are in-game items and are not NFT like my seeds.  This beginning of the season I also chose to use 10 Mystery Seed with the hope that some of them will turn into seeds that I do not have among my NFTs.  Out of 10 mystery seeds 2 turned into seeds that I do not have and that might come in handy for me to complete the next sell-type quests.  In the next image you can see all the seeds I planted today.  I like to monitor the value of the tokens in the games I play and/or have invested in, and I will end this post with a little focus on the value of the **CROP** token. Compared to 14 days ago, the dollar value of the **HIVE** token has decreased: **-0.007$ = -2.11%**.
