Moon Karts: How Fast Are Liquidity Bots?
Track 1 (Short Track) Analysis
It is several months that I play and have fun on **[Moonkarts](https://moonkarts.arcadecolony.com/)**, a **Hive-based arcade race game** that is part of the games featured on the [Arcade Colony](https://arcadecolony.com/) platform.

On **September 20, 2025**, Moon Karts introduced **Liquidity Bots** to **eliminate wait times** for starting a race when there aren't many active human players.

My **Kart Preset** allows me to almost always finish ahead of the liquidity bots, but I decided to analyze the **times of each bot on each track** to understand the **differences in performance** and, above all, to help **new Moon Karts players** understand **what times they need to beat to finish in the top positions** when playing against liquidity bots.
To analyze the **times of the liquidity bots**, I saved **screenshots** of the final results of some races I played and transcribed the times of the liquidity bots into a **spreadsheet**.
In this post, I share the **analysis of the times** of the liquidity bots on the **shortest track**, which you can see in the next three images.

I have transcribed all the times into a table.
Then I calculated the average time, and in the next table you can see the twelve liquidity bots sorted by the **average time** taken to complete the shortest route on Moon Karts.

# Observations
**Total bots analyzed**: 12
**Fastest bot**: **HRayRay00** (**87.6 s**)
**Slowest bot**: **Elarry** (**145.0 s**)
The fastest bots are easy to spot because they start with the letter **H**.
Then there are bots that start with the letter **M**, and finally bots that start with the letter **E**, which are the slowest.
- **Fast Bots (under 100s):** **HRayRay00, HDeathStar**, HFridayEnd
- **Medium Bots (100–115s):** MMax99, MRider7, Mggggastar, MKillerB
- **Slow Bots (>120s):** E0wais, EUncorfirm, Ejeff, EJu571n, Elarry
My **Kart Preset** allows me to almost always finish **ahead of the bots**, because **my best time (86.7 s)** is lower than **the bots' best time (HRayRay00 with 87.6 s)**
To give you an idea of the times achievable with cheaper Kart Presets, I tried the track with Kart Presets that perform less well than mine.
**150 seconds** with the Kart Preset: **Astro Kart** (common Kart) + **Blaze** (common Driver) + **Tire Alignment** (common).
**123.6 seconds** with Kart Preset: **Astro Kart** (Common Kart) + **Blaze** (Common Driver) + **Tire Alignment** (Common) + **Engine Refinement** (Common).
**107 seconds** with Kart Preset: **LunocityX** (Rare Kart) + **Blaze** (Rare Driver) + **Tire Tread** (Rare) + **Engine Tune Up** (Rare).
**97.8 seconds** with Kart Preset: **Quasar Sport** (Epic Kart) + **Spark** (Epic Driver) + **Tire Tread** (Rare) + **Engine Enhancement** (Epic).

If you are a new player and need to build a Kart Preset, my advice is to consider a **basic Kart Preset** consisting of at least **four NFTs: Kart + Driver + Tire + Engine**.
