I just got home after spending the afternoon at the pool watching my daughter compete on the first day of a two-day swimming event.  Tomorrow I will have to wake up very early because my daughter has to be at the pool at 7:30 a.m., but it's not a burden for me because seeing my daughter passionate about a sport makes me happy. I am particularly proud of my daughter because even though she doesn't have much hope of winning a medal, she loves swimming and wants to improve her times. As I often tell her, **life is a constant challenge with yourself**, made up of ups and downs, but the important thing is to **commit yourself and put passion** into what you do or want to do. **Ups and downs** are very common in the world of **cryptocurrencies**, and October was a month of downtrends for [Hive](https://hive.io/). Just as my daughter continues to train to improve her times, I also continue to be **active on Hive**, trying to **grow step by step, month by month, power up after power up** without worrying about the current dollar value of the HIVE token. And so, while my daughter faces her challenges in the water, I continue mine here on Hive. Over the past five years, at the beginning of each month, I have always set myself the goal of trying to publish one post per day, but I don't think I have ever managed to do so because of my work and family commitments, which always take precedence. However, I am very happy to have come closer to achieving this recurring monthly goal, which I hope to achieve in the future. Thanks to the rewards from my posts and the Power Up I did today, I increased my Hive Power by +5965.75 HP between October 1, 2025, and November 1, 2025. I have reached and surpassed for the second time the annual goal I set for myself at the beginning of the year (100K HP) and subsequently (110K HP).  I won't set any new goals for this year, but I will continue to try to grow as much as possible, and at the beginning of the new year, I will set a new and increasingly difficult goal to achieve!
