I am on Hive since March 5, 2019, and I have always set monthly and annual growth goals because **Hive is my favorite blockchain platform and I want to increase my weight and influence on Hive**. On Hive there are **HIVE** tokens and **HBD** tokens but it is only the staked form of HIVE tokens = **Hive Power (HP)** that measures the influence of a Hive account. Thanks to the sale of the HBD tokens to which I added all the liquid HIVE I had in my wallet today I was able to make a **Hive Power Up** of 1029.77 HIVE -> **+1029.77 HP**.   I now have **83440.72 HP** in my [Hive Wallet](https://peakd.com/@libertycrypto27/wallet)  To monitor my progress toward my annual goal but especially to self-motivate myself at each beginning of the month, I built a table in which: - I mark at the beginning of each month my monthly Hive Power increments - I set a goal for the current month that will be bigger or smaller based on my results in the previous month.  I am really very happy with my progress related to my Hive Power that I achieved in the month of March because: - I increased my Hive Power by **+3787.13 HP** (February: +2626.44 HP) - I reached and exceeded my monthly goal which was **2034.64 HP**. I still need to accumulate **16559.27 HP in 9 months** and if I maintain a good level of consistency in publishing content and a good level of interaction in the coming months I may reach my annual goal even earlier than expected. In 2025 I would like to: - **Publish at least 300 posts** (in 2024 I published 281 posts). - Maintain a **Comments/Posts ratio > 20** = Write at least 20 comments for each of my posts. I chose this goal because: - **consistency in publishing** is one of the important factors in growing on Hive. - **interaction** is a very important element on Hive If I don't read and comment on other authors' posts why should other authors read and comment on mine? During the month of March, I wrote **467 comments** and published **25 posts**.  This month I will try to write more comments because last month **my Comments/Posts ratio** was 18.68 while my goal is to exceed a value of 20 on an annual basis.  Another goal I want to achieve in 2025 is **to consistently maintain my non-delegate Hive Power always above 75%** of my total HP. My motivation for choosing this goal is simple: **Why should other authors support me if I do not support other authors?** I often see active authors on Hive who delegate 90%-100% of their HP and in my opinion make a mistake that is counterproductive for them in the medium to long term because they lose the opportunity to build connections and build a future support base... In March, I increased the percentage of my non-delegated HP: 83.33% -> 85.59%  The other goals I set at the beginning of the year that I would like to achieve in **2025** are: - Try to enter the **top 200 of the Hivers with the most HP**. On March 1, I was in 223rd place while today I am in 218th place. I have moved up 5 places but still have 18 places to go.  - **Support at least 80 different authors on a weekly basis** In the past 7 days, I have distributed 330 upvotes to 98 different accounts  - **Participate in all Hive Power Up Days in 2025**.
