I hereby offer to sell 5% of the web-app "splinter.monster" including ownership of:
- source code
- brand rights
- servers and database
- domain name splinter.monster
The ownership will include proportional liabilities on costs such as:
- server expenses
- dababase expenses
- marketing (if applicable)
The ownership will grant proportional profit sharing including:
- Subscription revenues
- 3rd party revenues
